It's a supermarket. The one place we have to go to. It's good but it's a supermarket. We dont shop for specials or off a list and its local so not sure on prices. Has the the stuff we need. Just pick your times well as gets very busy.

They need to train more the customer services from...

They need to train more the customer services from cashiers to supervisors to be warmer, friendlier regardless who your customers are. Prices are not competitive at all, I go to Countdown or New World for better price. Sorry you're not the cheapest and not the greatest in customer service as well. And yesterday 15 Aug I went there to top up shopping and found the special in front of Mozzarella cheese, for $5.99 nothing else besides them and in the docket charged $12.99. I went to customer service desk and she was the worst, not want to listen customer's story, checked on the phone and said the special only for small pack not 500 gr. Well I said the price displayed in front of the products. THey never honour the customers for the price they put wrongly in front of the product. Maybe I should report it to Consumer guarantee Act. Other stores ie Countdowns Are really good, not only matching the price they give you free to take home the item as well. Have enough to say and won't come back shopping to this store.

Good price always compare to countdown/new world/fresh choice but worst customer service you would get all the time. I complained about one of the checkout operator as she was rude to me and she did't have any customer service skills. I had a call from Manager apologised for an incident. Next time I went for a shopping again and happened to be at the same counter where the same rep for whom I complained was serving. I didn't go to another rep but she in fact walked off and got her supervisor to serve me and manager happily served me but I felt insulted as after manager served me, rep came back to serve next customer. Most staffs lack customer service skills.

Staff need training on customer service and how to speak with a friendlier tone when asking you if you have a sticky card or if you like your receipt. Using two worded questions is deplorable and rude.Telling you off for not using the pull out counter at the cash register when you only have a few items is just plain rude in my opinion. You went from asking a very invasive question " what do have planned for the rest of the day" to being plain down rude and non engaging.

Pak'nSave usually has the best deals. Keep an eye out for their random sales such as a frugal Friday or thrifty Thursday and you can save a lot more than normal. Bring your own bags! Can be a slow checkout at peak times.

Finding the store was easy by car park signage. Car parking was very easy with trolleys well replenished and accessible. Entrance very clean and tidy. Shelves were full and displayed really well. Walking around the store I found what I needed intuitively. Staff were very good with my queries and going through the checkout very polite.

I shopped in your store tonight with my two daughter in laws ( both in their 30s) and my niece. I am 60 years old. As we were purchasing alcohol for my husband and other guests at my home, my daughter in law was asked for ID. She is an Australian citizen and did not have her passport on her (31 years old). She was refused alcohol. I then left my family and re-entered the store to purchase the alcohol and when I got to the check out I was approached by an assistant who said I could not purchase the alcohol. I told them I was 60 years old surely I was able to purchase alcohol for my husband and our guests at Christmas time. They declined to serve me. I have been a loyal customer and advocate for this store for over 25 years. I am so very disappointed in the actions of the staff this evening and will find it extremely difficult to bring myself to shop here again.
