Huge store, staff assist when asked and checkout staff are friendly.
It's okay I find that a smile from a checkout operator is not hard to do. They do not smile other wise its okay
Wow what a massive place nice wide aisles plenty of room for mobility scooters and walkers to negotiate. The variety of goods blew me away, so much to choose from and low prices. PAK'n SAVE is in the Richmond Mall so plenty of parking and a massive food court as well what more could you ask for.
Pak save is ok re: groceries but their delicatessen is very overpriced. Sandwiches buns, muffins etc dearer than NEW WORLD and NW is supposed to be the dearer! Richmond mall and Pak save are rip-off when it comes to lunchs etc..
Great range. Best value. One or two checkout operators a bit rude. And pleas restock pink Homebrand feminine pads again!
Always happy to purchase from here.
Has an ubundance of staff always eager to help, so much more than any supermarket can offer and amazing prices. Seriously, any food item needed this is my go to if I am in the area cause of the major amounts of various items in store.
Pak n save best part is now the self scanners but remember you must have card only!! Good specials still cheapest place to shop
Good store with quality and low prices wish it would be in Germany
Great assortment of everything and great prices, just hate hate hate packing my own.
I can find what I'm looking for. Janine at self service is always happy to help
Not as cheap as it could be but the kids cars are cool
If you are heading south: this is the last Pak'n'Save till Invercargill! So buy as much as you can carry.
There is alot to choose from here whilst prices are very cheap. I find it cheaper then most of the supermarkets I have been to nearly everything you need you will most likely find here at an amazing price the staff are friendly staff
Used self checkout thought the staff member was quite rude
It has a wide range of produce and I usually find what I'm looking for.
Overall experience is ok quite a selection of products but there's more birds then people in the shop.
Still getting use to new layout but great specials and selection
Typical supermarket, large, easy parking, has self serve checkout
Off putting..staff members derogatory attitude towards customer..due to Maori tatt designs on her face and neck..duty manager not much help either..service was appalling that day..
Very good .well laid out staff well trained. Prices good
Free parking. Helpful staff. Wide choice of produce.
Typical PNS. Staff good, service can be hit or miss
up until recently i was forced to use countdown and new world. it's such a breath of fresh air to be able to finally use a pack n save and walk out the store with 30-40% more food based on the prices.
The pak'n with the view haha. Nice views of the mountains at the front. It's a pak'n save like any other. No much if a difference but I like a little bit better how they used the space in this one. Some products are hard to find though
Good place for a lot of food options and cheap prices
I was shopping and had a good service
While there
New Zealand owned and operated PaknSave is the pre eminent big supermarket chain with each store individually owned. My first choice when buying groceries is PaknSave. It does not matter to me which store as the format is standard throughout the country.
Cheaper groceries, less specialised range, geared more for bulk purchases
the products are really very expensive compare to the region of Aucland ( just for the example ..)
Good prices, good selection, and relatively regular super-special saving days.
Have put prices up and have run out of things shocking and also last week onions we're rotten and this week grapes we're rotten so we will not be shopping there any more. Pac and save get your act together
I travelled from Stoke to pac n save where I normally shop despite having 2 supermarkets close by. I've noticed on many occasions there is no green labelled scrumpy apple cider on the shelf. One row only. I asked a young man worker there if he could please check out back for a carton for me. Well he never got back to me. After waiting several minutes I saw his come from the store room and head in the opposite direction. I chased him and asked well have you any apple cider. He said no and I said well thanks for telling me. Not. This is not the first time. Awaiting a reply. Thank you.
As usual everything is ticking along nicely. And the staff are first class.
Great selection, ranging from fresh vegetables to meat.
Produce almost always overpriced and meh quality; would like to see even more organic products, but otherwise a great store. Clean, well stocked, nicely organised.
Was taking pictures for Google StreetView and Maps. Was asked to leave as they didn t want pictures of the store on google. Seems a little silly. Didn t even manage to get my stuff for dinner
Pack and save is the save money pocket for food in the tasman area. Close to nelson and motueka. Is the best
This pak'n'save is always high stress. I've gone to plenty of these stores, but this one continues to be the most stressful check out I've had in a grocery store. The self-checkout assistants always seem unhappy to service customers and it feels like a crazed rush. Store stays well stocked with good prices as always. Shelving seems to change weekly though, making navigation frustrating.
There were trolleys but not the small ones they were in the carpark. But the visit was ok
