Nothing negative to say... like most things you get out what you put in. Ultimately most health choices and results are up to you and your daily habits. Good value for the small cost, small tips and friendly reminders to help keep focus are good if you need support improving your own health.

I started working at Pack Health just shy of a year ago and it has been a truly fulfilling journey. The vision is forward thinking and progressive and the employee benefits are a testament that the company truly cares about their employees. Great place to work.

Great company! When I was first diagnosed with Diabetes they contacted me and supplied a lot of information and tools to get me on the right track to controlling this disease. We were able to get my A1C down from 8.5 to 5.7 and keep it there.
