I found out about Pack Health thru my Dr.
I felt this service was very positive for me as I could share my feelings and goals with a trained professional.
I looked forward to our weekly phone calls and being able to share my feelings and concerns with her
It was nice to not be judged because of age and financial status
We were able to laugh together , that was important to me , and I could share my goals and if I was able to meet my goals or not she would help by asking more questions
Very good program !!
