PIC (Pacific Islands Club) is probably the best waterpark on Guam. You will pay for it though. It is much more expensive than the other waterpark options, but it is worth it sometimes. There are a variety of water slides. They offer free life jackets for both kids and adults. If your child can't reach the bottom of the pool they are in expect a lifeguard to make him or her put one on. They also have a more shallow large pool with big climbing things for young kids. There is also a man made stream you can try kayaking in. There is also a padded roller thing like a log where kids can compete and try to unbalance the other off into the water. There is also a a big kids water structure where even the youngest kids can have fun in the water.
