Our stay was ok and they changed our sheets daily only thing was that the pool is outdoor and closed fall to spring

Nice option for a short stay. Shuttle services every 20 minutes. Room is fine. Didn't check the restaurant. Free wifi.

Don't stay here if you can avoid it, service sucked, AC kicked off in the night, half the ice machines were missing or broken and the front desk staff (Jade) couldn't care less about honoring an entitled discount or preparing your room on time for check in

Fantastic service. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary and overnight at the Pacific Gateway. Upon arrival we were complimentary upgraded to top floor king room, then later a signed anniversary card from the staff, along with chocolates , was delivered to our room. Very impressive, will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Every employee treats guests like they are owners. Exceptional service and the food is excellent!

Stayed here for one night after our wedding. Staff was very friendly and even gave us some chocolates. They also did not hesitate to keep some things for us in their storage so that our parents could pick it up.

Fantastic!!! From the moment we stepped off the shuttle, the concierge greeted us with a big smile and asked if we needed help with our bags. The rooms were clean and quiet. Nice view of the harbour. We were rushed in the morning to catch our shuttle, but again that same concierge flagged him down so we could catch it. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!! Only a $6 cab ride to the nearest train which takes you right downtown

Nice and friendly but room washroom reeked of urine... looked clean but smelled.

Very close to the airport. Rooms are very nice, big beds and comfy pillows. If you want a good meal and cheaper drinks, go to the Flying Beaver.

Nice hotel and close to airport. The porters/bellhops were a little to eager to take our luggage however

Everything was perfectly acceptable. Nothing was amazing, but it was a perfectly enjoyable experience. Check in was particularly smooth.

It's an airport hotel, and on those terms it's fine. The food in the restaurant is good, staff is good, the room was clean but a little shabby around the edges - maybe time for some new carpet, paint, and furniture. One thing though, if you like to sleep with the window open I recommend ear plugs - those jets take off all night long.

We really enjoyed our stay as all the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room view was of the gorgeous marina. The breakfast was on time and very yummy. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We had a great time at our Christmas party and the food was delicious. I found the vegetables were a little under cooked though.

As an American stopping in Canada for a few days on vacation, I've enjoyed this hotel. Rooms are quiet, there are ample outlets (~9 in my room!), and the lobby is inviting. The large detractor is the lack of free breakfast. They do have a cafe where you can buy your morning meal, so at least it's not out of reach. The elevators require key cards, so keep that in mind while going up and down your first few times. They have a small flower garden out back to look at while you play giant chess, or you can swim in the outdoor pool with the great soundtrack they had playing. I would stay here again.

Went to the hotel for a work conference and was pleasantly surprised. The exterior may look a bit old, but it's a fairly nice and clean inside. The location is a bit odd and not the easiest to get to, but the bar is great and the conference rooms were freezing cold... All in all, nice time.

Tiny room. Impossible to sleep here - an extremely annoying high pitched sound coming from the air vents, couple with a poorly placed ice machine created too much noise for me to be able to sleep well.

The beds are always comfortable, but some showers are hit and miss with the plumbing. My last rokms showerhead was pointed towards the wall and I couldn't get underneath it properly. But the staff is always friendly and the pillows are exceptional!

Enjoyed a day at pool. On the smaller side but well maintained.

I would consider it to be below average in quality compared to surrounding hotels. The catered food for our meeting was terrible.

Attended a conference there recently - rooms are clean and well appointed. Biggest stand out for the conference facilities was the high quality meals. The free airport shuttle was very handy and on time.

The hotel is near the airport and has a shuttle to this. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. I can not recommend this hotel. The air conditioning is so loud that sleep is hard to imagine. The parking for one night was calculated at $ 19, in my world, this is bordered by highway maintenance! Yes and the best years have this hotel already behind.

Rooms are really nice a little deceiving from the out side but the interior is top notch great service and the in house restaurant has great drinks and the food is excellent try the sushi bowl this is my second stay here and it has been great to say the least

It's a beautiful hotel, but it's not very close to any shopping or restaurants.

Was there only for an event; therefore was not staying in the rooms.
The venue was very nice, well kept and attractive. The food provided in buffet form was Really good! I was impressed with how yummy it was and the variety of options which changed daily (3 day event) with several toppings and additions for vegetarian and meat eaters.
Great location, lots of parking, ease of access to get out to explore if you have a rental car. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

The room for 4 people had 1,20 m beds, that was a bit tight! Bathroom was great, the room a bit dusty, especially the curtain. Good location to the airport. Gym good.

Was put up here after a flight cancellation. The accommodations were fine although nothing particularly special. A free shuttle ran every 20 minutes for the short ride back to the airport.
