Ordered a TP Link Archer from Amazon, it was dead ...
Ordered a TP Link Archer from Amazon, it was dead on arrival, I contacted Pacetech to report this and recieved a less than pleasant reply. I informed them that I would like to return the product and that I would need a courier pickup as I could not travel to the post office due to Self Isolating for Covid-19, and they immediately told me I was lying about the fault, and made sarcastic comments about not arranging a courier and how everyone is going through covid.
Amazon agreed that the customer service from this seller is abysmal and intervened to process the refund.
EDIT: the seller claims no knowledge of this transaction so I have added a copy of the message they sent me as an image below to prove that they are the liars here not me. It just goes to further prove how dishonest this company is.
EDIT2: As you can see from their reply to this review, they will lie through their teeth to get out of the situation they created. The Item I recieved was unsealed, the protective tape stuck to it had clearly been reaplied, and the item did not work. I had already returned it to its packaging and being ill with covid didn't really want to unpack it all again to send photos which would have really not shown anything, you cant take a photo of something that is electrically faulty!
The fact that you are threatening me to take down this review with legal action just shows further to anyone reading it how utterly abhorrent your business practices are. Rather than admit the possibility that the product you sold was faulty, you instead attack the charecter of people who buy from you, your other reviews show that this bully tactic is something you employ over and over.
I say feel free to open a defarmation claim, if I had the time and money to waste I would return the favour in response to the fabricated claims in your reply, that will hurt your wallet even more to bring to court, and I will quite hapilly stand there and defend myself, as all the evidence I need is in the messages you have sent to me. You have been impolite and theatening from the outset. The A to Z claim was not closed but actioned and upheld which is why you were bitter over the return postage as Amazon A to Z are going to claim that back from you also, your continued lies will catch up with you and you are only serving to further damage your reputation.
