I am giving four start because I know that there is not nothing which is hundred percent perfect in this world. Before judging my four star review let me tell its equal to five start. Their is no doubt in that the company is best. It is best company to work in but I might be ignoring some fault of the company that's why I gave four stars.
I have worked with lots of companies but I never get satisfied with my work. I think reason was that they never appreciated me for my work, all of they wants keep credit in their pocket. If someone is working for you and giving their best o you then you should appreciate them for it. Always try to keep someone happy. In Redoq I never faced this issue and I love to work with at least here is someone who care about our feeling.
There were times when workers had to obey their masters anyhow, to save their job. My previous boss seemed to be living in the same era still. I thought I would not get another job during the pandemic, but my friend brought me to RedoQ which luckily had vacancies. I took the risk and joined here. This place is marvellous I must say. An indeed family environment has made me fond of coming to office.
Being a part of this company for a very long it's my duty to make you aware you about the company. Maybe you would be planning to start your job here or you would be going to be an Intern here. I don't have many words to express my feelings and the experience I have gain here. But I would like to say a few lines which may help you to decide what to do. Just don't think too much it's a wonderful place for both.
I remember the day of my interview. It was really awesome. I have done lots of cool projects and honestly, interviewers were really amazed from my project. It was the best interview I ever had. They talk with me made me comfortable with 5 mints. Thank you, sir, for providing me such a wonderful Interview.
I had adjustment issues initially in their work culture. But the best part is that the management here at RedoQ allows sufficient time for new comers to adjust. They did not force new works and deadlines unto me but allowed me with time to be comfortable here which is something I really admire of this place.
My review on the RedoQ, is average. I worked there for less than a year. But for me that place is full of energetic people who is busy in the completion of their assigned tasks. The team is overall very motivated and very passionate towards achieving their goals.
Practice makes a man perfect is a well suited verse on my life also. With the passage of time I learnt so many new technologies here and all because of my hard work and dedication. The company also helped me to increase my network connectivity and it made my LinkedIn profile to stand out in crowd.
Imagine waking up not to your alarm, but your boss calls. Such was my job previously. But RedoQ is a complete overhaul. Here, instead of the usual killing deadlines, I am provided with realistic ones. The time allowed proves just enough for the right amount of creativity and efforts thus bringing out the best of each of our skills.
My hiring in the RedoQ was very filmy. I was travelling to Kolkata for some other reasons but luckily, I got an interview from call from them and was welcomed in the team very excitedly and I was also surprised at my hiring. The HR department is very friendly and CEO is very kind and polite. The team is also very hard working and supportive.
