Deliveries are extremely slow. Waiting for 4+ days to deliver something that other companies would deliver to me the next day. I understand that you roll products from other companies and wait for them, but that's how people get nervous. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the purchased products

Recommendation - Please record the exhausted product availability on the page. A situation arises in which I choose for a long time, and then I learn about an exhausted quantity when the item is already in my basket. This makes me go back and look again, and I was close to graduation.

I ordered a rather expensive gift for one person 4 days before the date (before placing the order it was written on the site that the supposed delivery day is exactly in the interval I needed), I asked, I paid special attention and in the order itself, and in their chat, I told them that if I had to I would pay more, just to deliver it exactly that day. No matter the time. Well, guess if they delivered it ... Definitely such services in Bulgaria are time to become more personalized (when you chat with them, not to answer something completely different, for example ...) and to read with understanding what customers want. ..

So from a scheduled delivery to 24h you will wait 8 days, will also stop responding to your emails and will not compensate you for the terrible service, the lack of products and the delay in delivery. UK Amazon shipments come in 3 days, and in case of delays they compensate, just do not waste your time with ozone BG.
