Their Christmas campaign is now the culmination of their worsening service over the last 1 year. Their phone line may be closed, you don't know, because after 30 seconds, their system "automatically" closes your phone automatically.
If they accidentally send you a letter expecting delivery - DO NOT BELIEVE THEM - they themselves have no idea when their shipments will be received.
They have a great range, most of their prices are as high as they always were, but there is no sign of the professional service they showed as they grew.
I've been shopping for them for years, I'm in the platinum group, but I'm already looking for (and finding) not bad alternatives.
Apparently their job is more than a desire to work.
