I placed an order on the 26th September 2020 and still hasn't been dispatched.
I called on the 28th September 2020, twice same day, first in the morning waiting nearly 30min to get through but gave up.
I called again at 17:20pm ( same day) was waiting for nearly 20min but this time the guy said "good afternoon" and call got disconnected. When I called again they said "sorry we are closed"!!
Not cool guys and most definitely I will think many times before placing an order from you again.
*UPDATE* I cancelled the order as I cannot see that it will be delivered anytime soon...! I found someone on Gumtree selling his two ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti OC Edition, I bought them both for a bargain and I'm super super happy with the results.

Don't bother with this tin pot company, back up service is total appalling, spent 6k plus in less than 12 months, Bought a sound blaster AE-9 that's gone faulty, told me it's my fauly, not willing to even look at the product, 1st of december I bought the product, custmer service agent was a 100% waste of space and my time, I wont ever use this company again, i'll order from scan from now on
Order 7 items on Tuesday night so they should have been dispatched on Wednesday and they weren't so contacted them on Thursday only to find that 5 of the 7 items were out of stock although they had all been in stock when I ordered them. Luckily the 2 things in stock were the ones I needed (the others were cosmetic) so I was told it would be dispatched on Thursday for Friday delivery, problem solved! Then on Friday only one thing turned up because Overclockers didn't give the other to DPD (they were sent as 2 separate packages) so on Saturday I contacted them again and they confirmed they had never sent one the package and I was told it would be sent on Saturday with Sunday delivery. Now it is Sunday evening and no package has arrived and I haven't even had any confirmation it has been sent. I was trying to contact them today to get a DPD tracking number (they were working on this Sunday) and got no reply.
When nVidia buried their head in the sand on a recent technical issue OCUK stepped up and put the customer first.
Massive thanks to Gibbo and Bailey - I didn't send my card back for refund but it's fantastic that you recognised the issue and gave me the opportunity to do so where virtually every other supplier refused.
Order Cancelled by staff without attempt to contact nor any confirmation email sent. Items bought now out of stock and cannot be bought again. Worst shopping experience ever. Will look to buy elsewhere.
Item was supposed to be delivered next day (paid extra) still yet to receive items or even a tracking number for them almost 10 days later. Wont be using this company again and advice other people not to! *Update* after 15 days of waiting they have decided my parcel was lost in the post, they offered a replacement but did not have the items in to do so.

Ordered a Nitro Concepts S300 Chair with next day delivery (07/06), but after a quick phone call (08/06) there seemed to have been an error with the website (saying it was in-stock) I was given an immediate refund of the delivery charge by Customer services, as now I had to wait over a month for the chair to come back into stock, but after a couple of days, I had found an alternative (noblechairs EPIC Gaming Chair) which another quick call (15/06) was told it would be in-stock sooner - I decided to upgrade. Given the circumstances with current workplaces due to COVID (Not just OCUK but also the manufacturers supplying the items) it is easy to forgive the extended wait time, but the customer service I had personally received by OCUK was one of the best I have experienced. Will be returning again soon!
Was told after spending hours to get the pre order that it is now out of stock and I am now in a que due to amazon payment taking a day to process, they should have done better stock allocation, I expected better.
In-stock items ordered, premium delivery paid, status stuck as order received - not shipped . Over 3hrs trying to speak to someone before the line went dead. Avoid.
Recently purchased a GTX 1080, they were unable to supply this so offered another card in replacement. it was a lesser card that did flow into some complaint but after speaking to a manager about the situation they have managed to right the wrong, no part refund but did throw a number of games my way to try and compensate. its a little disappointing still the exact product ordered did not arrive but really its ASUS i should really blame on this.
I use these guys for pretty much all of my PC purchases and they've never let me down. Prices are usually the best on the web and the product selection is first class.
The shop-front is well signposted when you get onto the industrial estate, but you can't shake the 'should I be here?' feeling. Once you're there, there is plenty of parking, but for a cyclist like myself I had to just chain my bike to the railings and hope for the best.
It took a little while to get seen to, but there was plenty to browse in the meantime and once I was talking to a member of staff, they were very helpful in making sure I made an informed choice. I'm currently shopping around for a high-spec laptop, and they made sure I saw all the choices in my price bracket.
Ordered a leather gaming chair from Overclockers a week ago which they said was in stock. A week later and after ignoring an e-mail I have to post on their customer service forum to get an update which was that they don't even have this in stock and they are waiting to get this from a third party! Overclockers used to be good but it seems they are very bad now and even resort to misleading customers by pretending they have stock when they don't! Will definitely not be shopping with overclockers ever again.
I purchased a few bits over the years from overclockers and i have not had any issues really and the one or two issues i have had have been rectified within a reasonable timeframe.

I purchased my own computer from OverClockers and have advised many friends and family to purchase from OverClockers.
It's taken me a while to find time to write this review, but a few months back, a friend purchased a computer from OverClockers, which I helped set up.
It appeared to have a sound problem and all signs pointed to the onboard sound, so Overclockers picked the computer back up at their expense and despite not being able to replicate the problem, they were happy to change the motherboard.
The problem still occurred upon return and was eventually discovered that it was not a fault with the computer, but was to do with a Wireless Router being placed too close to the computer.
What service! Returned an old graphics card under RMA, and was sent a shiny new and improved card in exchange! Also got a little bag of Haribo in the box, which made me smile.
I have placed an order with Overclockers from within the EU (Bulgaria). The order was constituted from several hardware components amongst which 4 ASUS high end video cards. A few months later 3 of these video cards failed being utilised in intensive graphic computing scenario by the end customer. I was very disappointed to find out that Asus Bulgaria will not honor the internetational warranty of their branded components. However, Overclockers resolved the problem and shipped the products back to Bulgaria (UK-Bulgaria) for free.
I find this particularly supportive customer service approach and highly recommend them as a trustworthy IT supplier.
Went down for the car meet recently, had been meaning to make the trip from Manchester and what an excuse! Great guys, great shop, very friendly place to go whether you are an experienced builder looking for parts or completely new to the world of PCs. Highly recommend and can't wait for another meet!
I don't often leave reviews but in this case I feel I should as I've seen alot of negative feedback for Overclockers recerntly which in my experience I feel is unjustified. I recently purchased an RX 6800XT from Overclockers, my first pruchase from them. it was kinda sper of the moment purchase as well GPU availability is very limited so I acted quick! After purchasing I decided to check out their reivews and I have to say it scared me reading all the negative comments about stock display, delays and lack of communication. However my process went like this, ordered on the Thursday night, Shipped Friday. Arrived Saturday! I know I paid up for this GPU but I just couldn't wait and it is awesome! I am very happy with the quick easy service from Overclockers. What people need to remember is theres a global pandemic going on so delays are to be expected! I was fully expecting delays with my order however it went very differently! Thank you Overclockers!
UPDATE: The manager called me and apologised an upgraded my delivery so it arrived the next day.
ORIGINAL: Still yet to receive my PC but thought I'd say how dissapointing I've found the customer service. They always answer your call which is great but I really don't appreciate being told that my PC is going to be ready on a date and then 5 days later is still hasn't arrived. 3 times I have called and have been given incorrect information. 14 days and counting and I'm still waiting which isn't ideal as I have been working off my old laptop for my day to day job so a delivery estimate of "it will be ready when it's ready" isn't ideal at all.
Yet Again OCUK deliver first Class Customer service. They sorted RMA with no problems for MSI 970 where some vendors got problems with doing so. Thats why I always shop for stuff at OCUK :)
Incredibly poor communication and adaptability - only shows to me that management is archaic and behind the times. This is disgusting for a Tech Retailer to say the least!!! They cannot even compare to their competitors. Both orders I have ever had with them I have cancelled. Their only good response times and communications are with their refunds.
Never mind that their review ratings are resemblance of politics... only show you the shiny top part of the dirty little coin!
Never buy from Overclockers. You'll be left waiting for months with inadequate communication and charged hundreds up front for the pleasure. Rude staff who've left community volunteer moderators to take the flack while they sit and ignore anybody's complaints or queries. Worthless.
This company is just trying to make as much profit as possible without caring at all for their customers... I've ordered a brand new CPU and GPU about 3 months ago with OcUK. While I appreciate the current situation, OcUK have been taking thousands of orders they were not able to fulfil, asking people to pay thousand of pounds just to place a pre-order they would have to wait months to get. I tried to contact them 4 times by emails to make amends/upgrades my orders and I never had a reply. I tried to call their customer service twice (once beginning of December and once last Tuesday), each time after one hour waiting, the line was cut off. I even tried to reach to their executive director on LinkedIn in a desperate attempt to be able to talk to someone about the whole situation and never got any answer... On top of that, they are as well lying on their website and FAQ. On their website they keep their Google review as 4.7 when as of today it is 3.6 and on their FAQ regarding their new RTX 30 series, they promise you will get an update on your queue position every week, the last one I receive was on the 11th of December... In the end I managed to secure a GPU through another company which costed me almost double but I still went for it as 1.at least I am getting it now instead of having to wait for many more months and 2. I won't be giving money to OcUK. I am extremely disappointed and moving forward, I will avoid as much as possible doing any business with this company....

Ordered some new components for my PC recently from Overclockers. Unfortunately there was a slight issue with one of the items which wasn't the fault of Overclockers. I contacted them, received a prompt reply and the issue was dealt with quickly and conveniently. They even refunded my return postage for the faulty item! Big thanks to Bailey at OCUK.
I ordered an item for next day delivery first thing on Thursday because Overclockers did not ship until Friday my order has been delayed until Monday. I work from home so my pc is essential hence I payed the extra for delivery. Not good, if a service can not be provided then it should not be offered.
I decided to give Overclockers another chance so placed an order on 1st December at around 7pm. I then contacted Overclockers on the 3rd because I had not received any despatch notification and was told it would be another 3 days until dispatch. Overclockers did offer a refund on my delivery fee but clearly need to stop advertising next day dispatch. Please note it took over 1hour 40 mins to get through to customer service.
Wanted to cancel an order and place a new one. Unfortunately, it took them a few days to respond to my webnote and they'd shipped the original order out already! They refunded the shipping cost and arranged return delivery. Really happy with how they promptly made up for their error even though it sounds like they're struggling to manage orders through the pandemic.
Handled the launch of the 3080 absolutely shockingly. Scan/CCL/Ebuyer have been totally professional surrounding the low stock count and prices have been firm from day 1. OC ramped prices up at launch, and are about as clear as mud when it comes to pre-orders
Awful service, I preordered a part on the 26/11/20 (not a high in demand one just some led strips for a build) They lied to me and told me i didnt preorder it before it was due (01/12/20), ordered shows the 26th still contacted support to changed my delivery address, was told thats not possible and they had to cancel and make a new order, didnt cancel the old order but created a new one and charged me, a day before it ships meaning im unable to cancel the first order in time. meaning im being charged for 2 items and im now having to back charge the order through the bank along with all the Screenshots of emails. Piss poor quality service and a pathetic excuse of Support.

Absolutely incredible customer service, product range and just a very good, genuine company. I recently ordered a keyboard which turned out to be out of stock without an ETA of a restock. I contacted Customer Service through the website regarding the matter and they were extremely honest, explaining the stock shortage. They then offered me either a refund or an order change. I replied asking for an order change and the next working day I received an email saying the product had been ordered, I'd been refunded the difference and that the item had been shipped for next day delivery. The Customer Service is top notch - I don't think I can express how good it was. I would definitely recommend Overclockers.
The worst customer service I have ever come across and it is impossible to get hold of anyone. Ordered a keyboard and paid for next day delivery, its a week later and the item still has not shipped. Do not waste your time ordering from Overclockers, just go have a look at the Facebook reviews before you do...
it had a two year guarantee He had worn out the keyboard in about 16 months and they replaced it free Also worn the mouse out in about 17 months and they replaced it for free Then the 970 graphics card wore out at 19 months of solid use dont think it was ever turned off and they replaced it for free They even gave us free postage So glad i went to overlockers and i will buy from them again peace of mind
Don't overlook all the reviews here! 5 days later my 'in stock' item that I needed urgently - still not shipped! No extra info - no call to me to explain a 5 'working' day hold up. I paid for next day delivery also. 5 web notes later (no live chat) have not been responded to over 4 days and after a 1hr phone call then a 1.35hr phone call I get a guy say it should be shipped soon - NO apology, couldn't care less! No next day postage refund at the least! I said to him - 2 and a half hours on hold in one day - he said 'Yeah expect an hour at least', couldn't give a care. No I do NOT expect over an hour at least. Get some staff if short staffed. You lost a long term customer and I am a business level customer, due to spend tens of thousands over the next year on pc parts. Not with you OC. This is geared toward management - or lack thereof. No reason can't get staff and give those working hard a break. I have a business - this is unacceptable, management's job is to solve these issues and get more staff. easy resolve
Genuinely impressed - nothing has been too much trouble for the team - from helping with a really high end and complex PC build during the pre-sales process, through to correcting a few component changes AFTER I'd taken delivery, these guys couldn't have done enough to help. Awful experience with this company, numerous issues.
2. After ringing up Overclockers and asking where it is, they told me they don't have any in stock despite the website saying they do (If this was the case id of ordered from someone else at this point)
3. When the product finally came, half of the parts were missing and there were loose washers in the box, didn't realise i ordered a box of guess where the missing part goes! Looks like they sent me a chair they take spare parts from and thought it would do...
4. After waiting 40 minutes, I finally got through to them and am now waiting another 3 days for the missing parts to arrive.
Just take note, I ordered this 5 days ago and its going to be another 3 days before i can assemble it (if the parts come on time)...
This is a very critical review and this is the first time I've ordered off this company so hopefully this experience is a one off. Definitely put me off tho.
Company used to provide a top notch service and never missed a delivery date. However, recently it has been lackluster. It maybe due to covid but with the price you have to pay for delivery, you'd expect it to only slip for a day or two.
Our household have placed 3 orders in the past two or three months. 3 out of 3 times, we had to give them a ring to find out what is happening with our orders. 3 out of 3 times, they gave us that "Warehouse is a little bit behind bla bla bla..." this would've been a good excuse if wasn't a 5 working days late.
Truly disappointing that they don't even send people a generated email to tell you that they are behind schedule. Will try my luck with other sites next time.
PS: If you will call, make sure to spare at least 2 hours. Bring popcorn if you can because it is going to be a long wait.
I have bought a high end laptop from Overclockers before. I have found a number of their staff members including members of their commercial team (James and their commercial manager) beyond rude. Their phones often ring out and emails unanswered. I am buying a new very high end laptop and will be going to Scan! I would take your business elsewhere
I have used Overclockers UK for years and have been nothing short of impressed with the level of service i have received.
I simply will not purchase computer components from anyone else, Overclockers always seem to go that extra mile to ensure you have what you need. They are always willing to discuss anything computer related, always willing to help with the simplest to the most complex issues. Usually they will have a solution, even if you do have to buy it ;)
In my veiw there simply is not company out there that can and does offer the same level of care Overclockers Uk offers.
Website has poor inventory accuracy. Took them a week after purchase to tell me they now have no stock and the waterblock is end of life. Have been trying to contact them for a refund and no ones replied. Will be taking up a dispute with PayPal. I can't call them either because I'm located in Australia and the call rates are ridiculous internationally. Will NEVER be dealing with this company again. Poor service and false advertising. Very VERY disappointed considering my family in the UK recommended them and said they were a reliable company to buy from.

My R9 290 graphics card developed a fault and so I requested a RMA via the OCUK forums and quickly received a reply from Bailey, OCUK tested my graphics card on the same day they received it and informed me via Email. A couple of days later I had a brand new replacement which is working fine. Bailey kept me updated via the forums and answered my questions promptly.

The only place to shop for PC hardware. Very reliable as ebuyer rips you off. OCUK when they say they will deliver your order, they do so. Not to mention OCUK don't cancel your account just after you spend a grand with them making it harder to do RMA" s if hardware breaks. Best place in UK to buy your stuff.

Got to be one of the best computer parts supplier i the country. Have bought numerous pcs and heaps of parts from them and will be continuing this as they are defo being fair with the pricing.
Always had great delivery from the guys at OCUK. The courier they use is top class!! After sales and customer service side of things is also excellent! Simply post a message either on the forum or webnote and your issue will be dealt with quickly and professionally! I've had great experience with Bailey in sorting out my issues!! I seriously wouldn't buy from anywhere else!!!
My brother has used OCUK before but had my own first experience with them recently. I bought a new barebones system but found when I built it that the motherboard wasn't working. The support team were quick and clear in responding to my problem; from delivering the parts back they had them tested and sent necessary replacements back to me within 1-2 working days, quicker than I expected.
Ordered a custom desktop PC, was worried there would be delays during the covid-19 outbreak but everything was sent before the expected time frame, PC works beautifully. was securely packed and super easy to set up. Customer service was quick to respond any concerns were resolved within a few minutes - I recommend!
No seriously these guys are friggin awesome. Hats off to James in RMA who sorted my problem out and went the extra length to make sure my system was watercooled before the new year!!
I have used OcUK for over 7 years and have spent thousands on computer equipment. The service I recieve is second to none with the staff replying very quickly with any order queries I have had and rectifying any error quickly. I have had to RMA 2 items and OcUK have gone out of their way to ensure the turn around is very quick. They are not always the cheapest but the level of service is worth paying a little extra at times.
I will certainly be using them again and I encourage other buyers to give these serious thought prior to using some other known companies, who give little back after the sale of goods. Next day delivery is great and it is 'next day delivery' unlike some others I have used.
