Nice hotel. Close to the ski hill with a free shuttle. The one bedroom with loft are a bit dated (retro early 90's); but they had plenty of room and were comfortable.
Restaurants in the hotel were very nice.

Friendly check in with reasonable lodging, especially for the price. Everything inside is nice and warm and their laundry facilities are very helpful; be prepared to pay $4 each load though and detergent is $2 ea.

Nice shell. Awful inside. At first it seemed very nice. Spacious rooms and an overall nice vibe. I travel for work a lot and stay in lots of hotels. This one has the worst internet out of anyone I've stayed at, which is unfortunate if you travel for work. I've stayed in trucker motels with better internet. Sub par restaurant also burnt my food. Would not recommend.

The location is really good. It has a restaurant and lounge which is open till 11 in night. Breakfast was also very good. We had complimentary breakfast buffet included with the room and it was nice Continental breakfast. It is very close to lake Louise village where all the shops are. Giving it 3 because of the small room, expected at bigger room for the price

Very good service and reasonable price. The location is fantastic, right next to the highway, close to the sky lodge and nearby the beautiful Lake Louise. Loved the bar and live music they offered.

Very dated but clean. No fridge no micro no air conditioning. Room was terribly stuffy. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. For the price they are charging I feel it was very poor accommodations and value

Fantastic staff. Beautiful rooms . Pool and hot tubs and change rooms clean . Good food but like everything in Lake Louise the food is pricey. Only complaint is the limited hours the hotel restraints are open.

Not a good experience at all. The rooms are rustic, the cleaning is inadequate and the whole atmosphere of the facilities is shady. The uncleanness was particularly bad, as I visited during COVID-19. The first room had a dirty bathtub, so we asked for a change of room. The second room had blood stains on the door of bathroom. not at all worth the 4 star google rating.

Very cozy place. With a fantastic breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk with the long cool hair was amazing and super welcoming and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Very thin walls though, can here every voice and footstep. But overall, good stay.

Planned a first time trip to the region booking this hotel the night before. Spent the day driving from Calgary up to the icefield parkway and back to the Lake Louise Inn. Check in was quick and I was very surprised our room had an outstanding view of the mountains. It was on the third floor of building #4 with no elevator but our plan was a place to sleep in our ideal location. Once checked in we were off to explore with our first trip to Lake Louise for sunset. The room was perfect for me and my wife, decent bed, bathroom & shower. We woke early and were able to hit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake early before the crowds (and the rain). We were able to have our fill of photo opportunities and return for a shower before the amazing breakfast buffet and 11 am check out. Needless to say the food was great, the early morning hordes of people were gone and we were on our way down to Banff with a half day of activity and full bellies for the remainder of the daylight hours. I would totally do this again in a heart beat.

The hotel was much more like a "Motel 6" with luxury hotel prices. Only because of the limited choices at the location can they get away charging over $300. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever stayed in....we were in a room with 2 queens and both sank into the middle very badly. The room smelled of smoke, must and dog. We needed to do one load of laundry and the dryer in building 4 took 3 cycles to dry our one load which ended up being a huge waste of time and money.

Great place to stay if you have a car to explore lake Louise and surrounds. Shuttle service to the lake is not the best because it doesn't take you direct to the lake (rather down the road to another shuttle). Recommend driving there early morning or late afternoon

Very expensive. Not Worth It. Pool closes too early. No air conditioning. The sheets are rough. No breakfast. I had a room in the back, so no view.
Do not recommend it. They are out to get the tourists. Shamefull.

I stayed here early May and had no complaints. The facilities were well maintained and service was friendly. However, what really stood out for me was the gym. It had a proper squat rack and barbell with weight plates. Most other hotels would only have treadmills and dumbbells. The gym may not be important for a lot of people, but if it's important to you, I would recommend this accommodation.

What started out as a rocky start has ended up as the best resort stay of our 21 day trip. Thanks to Manager, Rahul who took care of us when the first room we stayed in had a very uncomfortable bed. He took care of the problem and made our stay in Lake Louise a pleasant stay.Mr. Rahul knows good customer service and is an asset to the Lake Louise Inn property.

A very motel feel for the inn. Room: we got a room with a queen sized bed and another pullout bed. Was relatively cozy. In the bathroom, the conditioner bottle had solidified and was impossible to get out. The shampoo and body soap were difficult to use. Location: great for visiting Lake Louise. Mostly expensive food options. Parking: not great. Parking is a first come first serve basis and if the snow is covering the ground people end up parking all over the place and you might end up having to park outside the inn or at a different building if you are late. Service: good, no issues.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rustic beauty! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location near the village. Beautiful views. Room was a little outdated but clean & comfortable. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed it.

Do not stay here! Will put a $700 hold on your credit card for incidentals that you won t use. Fairmont doesn t even pull that. Have had to check daily to see if this charge will be dropped. Extremely rude front desk woman who had a huge attitude about helping us with the shuttle. Caused us to miss one of the shuttle runs cutting our time at the lake short. Looking forward to having this scam of a hold dropped from my credit card.

Clean, with good amenities. Felt cozy and loved that we had a mountain view from the balcony. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the attached lounge/bar (explorers lounge)

#1 Light did not turn on upon entering the room - it had been unplugged
#2 Wife tripped over the 8" tall threshhold upon entering. It was dark
#3 Heat lamp in bathroom was burned out
#4 Bathroom van had to be on with the bathroom light, so could not use bathroom light as a night light
#5 Could only access one side of each of the two beds (headboards were too wide for the bed drawers
#6 Floor lamp switch did not work, so no light from it
#7 Coffee pot was unplugged (again, not enough outlets in the room for a person with lots of electronics)
#8 Toilet tissue holder broken
#9 only 2 tissues in the tissue despenser
#10 Ice to deal with bruising was hidden in the middle of the second floor of the building - no signs mentioning it
June 2018 - worst motel room I have ever been in
