Food was pretty good. Nothing amazing but not terrible either. Anything sounds good after a day of hiking! There aren't a ton of options in lake Louise so this one is probably one of the best.

Nice hotel. Close to the ski hill with a free shuttle. The one bedroom with loft are a bit dated (retro early 90's); but they had plenty of room and were comfortable.
Restaurants in the hotel were very nice.
Friendly check in with reasonable lodging, especially for the price. Everything inside is nice and warm and their laundry facilities are very helpful; be prepared to pay $4 each load though and detergent is $2 ea.
Nice shell. Awful inside. At first it seemed very nice. Spacious rooms and an overall nice vibe. I travel for work a lot and stay in lots of hotels. This one has the worst internet out of anyone I've stayed at, which is unfortunate if you travel for work. I've stayed in trucker motels with better internet. Sub par restaurant also burnt my food. Would not recommend.
we have stayed there twice clean, quiet has a laundry, internet and business computers would stay again.
Great place to stay for skiing! Super comfy beds and nice rooms. So close to the mountain.
Staff were quite friendly and helpful wifi didn't work as well as hoped but nothing to complain about
It was pretty good. Except the blanket the kids used had a big stain on it that we didn't realize until we checked out
Cute cozy place ! Very clean and tidy .. the restaurant attached to the building had delicious food! Great portions and great service
The location is really good. It has a restaurant and lounge which is open till 11 in night. Breakfast was also very good. We had complimentary breakfast buffet included with the room and it was nice Continental breakfast. It is very close to lake Louise village where all the shops are. Giving it 3 because of the small room, expected at bigger room for the price
We stayed in the junior suite. Very clean, modern and open concept. Breakfast was very good, service excellent.
Beautifully renovated rooms and very clean. Staff were welcoming, very clear on health and safety protocols and very helpful in recommendations.
It was a great place to stay and the staff were great.
The room was a little small for two beds. But it was clean and a nice place.
Our tv didn't work so a young man named Ace came and replaced our tv. He was so kind and respectful. Thank you Ace for great conversation and promptly fixing or issue.
Room is modern and clean, dinner was amazing. Breakfast buffet was excellent. All the staff was friendly and helpful.
Beautiful hotel right in the village. Loved the hot tub and pool.
Very good service and reasonable price. The location is fantastic, right next to the highway, close to the sky lodge and nearby the beautiful Lake Louise. Loved the bar and live music they offered.
The place was clean and service was done nightly. The floors were heated!
Rooms are quite dated and could be cleaned with a little more detail, staff are friendly, convenient location.
No the quality my family is looking for on our vacation. Staff was nice but accommodations are sub par.
Pleasant rooms, 3 places to eat in the main Lodge and 3 small whirlpools. The bar in the basement is lively and staff are friendly.
Very clean polite helpful staff . Room presentation was very clean and tidy . Could value for the price
The internet is no good. The bathroom are old and broken . The place is beautifull. The breakfast is very good but you have to pay for it
Affordable. Variety of room types. Newly renovated pool and kitchen.
Very dated but clean. No fridge no micro no air conditioning. Room was terribly stuffy. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. For the price they are charging I feel it was very poor accommodations and value
Super clean. The suite was very good value and the restaurant breakfasts were very good. Cross country skiing across the street was a good find.
Fantastic staff. Beautiful rooms . Pool and hot tubs and change rooms clean . Good food but like everything in Lake Louise the food is pricey. Only complaint is the limited hours the hotel restraints are open.
Our room was great with a little spa. Service was good.
Nice room, big bed. Nice staff and good location. Toilet needed a clean. Overall good place to see beautiful lake Louise
The inn is a good hotel but with great service and nice rooms
Paid over 200 for a room. It does not have air conditioning!!! And I mean the room we are in does not have AC, ever, however, they did offer us a fan. Clean hotel, nice service, but there google amenities list is wrong.
Decent room. I really liked the bar downstairs. They also had games but the selection was really limited.
The lake was beautiful, trash was everywhere. People have no concern for nature or respect for anyone else. Extre.ely busy
Not a good experience at all. The rooms are rustic, the cleaning is inadequate and the whole atmosphere of the facilities is shady. The uncleanness was particularly bad, as I visited during COVID-19. The first room had a dirty bathtub, so we asked for a change of room. The second room had blood stains on the door of bathroom. not at all worth the 4 star google rating.
This hotel has the perfect location ever ! From the warm staff welcoming to the cleanliness of the rooms to the dining-breakfast options, our stay was simply amazing!!! Huge shoutout to Nico who gave us plenty of recommendations to sightsee. Excellent service and view. Will be back :)
Very cozy place. With a fantastic breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk with the long cool hair was amazing and super welcoming and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Very thin walls though, can here every voice and footstep. But overall, good stay.
We went for a few drinks to Karaoke at the bar downstairs on Wednesday night. It was pretty busy and we had a great time! Drinks offers and entertainment and the food looked great too!
Nothing too much trouble wonderful. Staff would recommend to anybody
Lobby and common areas are in desperate need of an update! Hey, Lake Louise Inn, the 1980's called, it would like its style back!
If you have plenty of budget, this might be a choice.
Planned a first time trip to the region booking this hotel the night before. Spent the day driving from Calgary up to the icefield parkway and back to the Lake Louise Inn. Check in was quick and I was very surprised our room had an outstanding view of the mountains. It was on the third floor of building #4 with no elevator but our plan was a place to sleep in our ideal location. Once checked in we were off to explore with our first trip to Lake Louise for sunset. The room was perfect for me and my wife, decent bed, bathroom & shower. We woke early and were able to hit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake early before the crowds (and the rain). We were able to have our fill of photo opportunities and return for a shower before the amazing breakfast buffet and 11 am check out. Needless to say the food was great, the early morning hordes of people were gone and we were on our way down to Banff with a half day of activity and full bellies for the remainder of the daylight hours. I would totally do this again in a heart beat.
Good place for families and friends , quick check in process and friendly staff
Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and modern rooms
Nice place to stay in! Nothing fancy but clean and simple
Really nicely renovated rooms - some with outstanding views!
Nice location
Right on the lake Louise
Stay and food is expensive
Lake view room have breathtaking views
Worth staying here
The rooms are very comfortable and the food served around here are also great though a bit expensive.
The hotel was much more like a "Motel 6" with luxury hotel prices. Only because of the limited choices at the location can they get away charging over $300. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever stayed in....we were in a room with 2 queens and both sank into the middle very badly. The room smelled of smoke, must and dog. We needed to do one load of laundry and the dryer in building 4 took 3 cycles to dry our one load which ended up being a huge waste of time and money.
Great place to stay if you have a car to explore lake Louise and surrounds. Shuttle service to the lake is not the best because it doesn't take you direct to the lake (rather down the road to another shuttle). Recommend driving there early morning or late afternoon
I had a great experience here. The maintenance is wonderful and quick to fix a issue.
Very expensive. Not Worth It. Pool closes too early. No air conditioning. The sheets are rough. No breakfast. I had a room in the back, so no view.
Do not recommend it. They are out to get the tourists. Shamefull.
I stayed here early May and had no complaints. The facilities were well maintained and service was friendly. However, what really stood out for me was the gym. It had a proper squat rack and barbell with weight plates. Most other hotels would only have treadmills and dumbbells. The gym may not be important for a lot of people, but if it's important to you, I would recommend this accommodation.
What started out as a rocky start has ended up as the best resort stay of our 21 day trip. Thanks to Manager, Rahul who took care of us when the first room we stayed in had a very uncomfortable bed. He took care of the problem and made our stay in Lake Louise a pleasant stay.Mr. Rahul knows good customer service and is an asset to the Lake Louise Inn property.
Convenient location right by the Lake Louise ski hill. The shuttles to the ski hill were very convenient and the room was nice, overall an affordable great place to stay.
No microwave in all rooms , only select rooms have it! Ambiance of the hotel is ok... but no free breakfast. The restaurant inside the hotel provides pretty decent good food.
Other than location, this is the worst value for money hotel.
Very beautiful location and great amenities/services
Room are terrible and management waste our more than hour to provide us best and alternative methods. Their manager is so rude And he showed us another room by paying $20 more and when we agree, then he keep increasing the price. Made my day bad
Had dinner at the Timberwolf Pizza and Pasta Cafe in Lake Louise Inn. Healthy portions and great service. Took advantage of the takeout option as well
Service so so
Toilet exhaust fan out of order
4pm check in is bit late
Great location. Close to the hill. Good accommodation and selection in dining. Would reccomend
Nice room, newly renovated. Nice people as you would expect being in Canada. The food seems ok, Free shuttle to the ski area. I feel comfortable recommending this hotel.
Don't let the first impression put you off.
Really nice room. Great wifi and heaps of Pokemon for Pokemon Go haha
A very motel feel for the inn. Room: we got a room with a queen sized bed and another pullout bed. Was relatively cozy. In the bathroom, the conditioner bottle had solidified and was impossible to get out. The shampoo and body soap were difficult to use. Location: great for visiting Lake Louise. Mostly expensive food options. Parking: not great. Parking is a first come first serve basis and if the snow is covering the ground people end up parking all over the place and you might end up having to park outside the inn or at a different building if you are late. Service: good, no issues.
Great spot, great staff (Jordan) and always a great experience!
Really enjoyed our stay here. Rustic beauty! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location near the village. Beautiful views. Room was a little outdated but clean & comfortable. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed it.
Lovely hotel in the middle of town and just a few minutes drive from Lake Louise. Buffet breakfast for a decent price and the pub food is excellent.
Recently updated swimming pool and hot tubs help make this a better budget accommodation. View from building 1 to building 4.
Do not stay here! Will put a $700 hold on your credit card for incidentals that you won t use. Fairmont doesn t even pull that. Have had to check daily to see if this charge will be dropped. Extremely rude front desk woman who had a huge attitude about helping us with the shuttle. Caused us to miss one of the shuttle runs cutting our time at the lake short. Looking forward to having this scam of a hold dropped from my credit card.
Great staff, restaurant is fantastic and the rooms are clean and updated. Would come again.
Clean, with good amenities. Felt cozy and loved that we had a mountain view from the balcony. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the attached lounge/bar (explorers lounge)
A beer and some calamari. It's hard to find a pub in Lake Louise. It is average. Friendly and speedy staff.
#1 Light did not turn on upon entering the room - it had been unplugged
#2 Wife tripped over the 8" tall threshhold upon entering. It was dark
#3 Heat lamp in bathroom was burned out
#4 Bathroom van had to be on with the bathroom light, so could not use bathroom light as a night light
#5 Could only access one side of each of the two beds (headboards were too wide for the bed drawers
#6 Floor lamp switch did not work, so no light from it
#7 Coffee pot was unplugged (again, not enough outlets in the room for a person with lots of electronics)
#8 Toilet tissue holder broken
#9 only 2 tissues in the tissue despenser
#10 Ice to deal with bruising was hidden in the middle of the second floor of the building - no signs mentioning it
June 2018 - worst motel room I have ever been in
