Service is very good. Management and customer service very helpful

Almost got killed just now, the driver just swerved into our lane and almost ran us off the road. Sped past and of course he's got a phone or gps or something in his hand.

The driver in truck #53195 was driving erratically and tried to run my vehicle, which was occuppied by an infant and a toddler, off the road. He proceeded to get out of his truck and threatened my husband. This company needs to hire better drivers.

I worked for this company for 5 years and am very disappointed and felt betrayed because me and my partner would always take hot loads that other drivers didn't wanna take. And who ever answered you they're lying. Outwest Express was a good company until they installed the Samsara dash cams. I was let go because I did a semi stop on a non stationary stop sign. But they reviewed the cameras 10 minutes earlier and saw that I was using my cell phone and it was because my tablet went out and I was making sure my hours of service were being recorded. When a week earlier we had to use our cell phones to log the hours of service. I heard it from Joe Rodriguez from Safety that they can go as far back as 48 hrs. And also that same guy in his desk he has all kind of Trump stuff so if you're not with him you will be treated differently. So sad that this company had to go that route to get rid of drivers. New and current drivers beware the camera records and senses everything, stop signs, red lights, speed limits, etc, etc !!!

Best company I have ever worked for.All the other jobs I have had led me to this one.I love my driver manager Robert,he never bothers me r tells me how to drive.They give great advancements, and my wife and cats get to ride.This company cares about you,they r super friendly. Poor judgement for drivers..like if they were perfect

I have worked here for eight months now.
I have been driving a truck since 1996.
Without a doubt this is one of the best companies I've worked for.
People in the office are very friendly and always willing to help with any problems. Dispatch is excellent, plenty of miles and when I ask to go home they route me to the house. Excellent equipment that is very well maintained. I am currently driving a 2020 cascadia. The shop is second to none, when you tell them something needs repair they fix it quick.
Pay is very good. I have hit my bonus every month after my first month. They are honest with their pay system. Who ever does the pay is very accurate. I can honestly say there has not been a mistake yet.
When you are supported as a driver it motivates you every day to do the best you can for the company and the customer.
It's great to be part of the Outwest team.

This is the new location for Outwest Express. They should be fully moved to this location by this summer.

Well the first time I've seen one of these trucks in my hometown and the driver pulls out of Walmart parking lot in martinsburg WV without looking and runs me off the road. Inexcuseabe.

April was my dispatch and she doesn't like to use her head. What the computer says is what she will do. Also if you are not one of her "buddies" you will not get the miles. I was driving as a team and we were averaging 5000 miles while one of her "buddies " that was driving solo was making close to 4000. Every time we needed to go home she would get us there very late and would give us a load that would force us to leave as soon as we got a 34 hrs reset even though we would stay out for 15 days. She said that she wasn't able to get us good loads because we were not from el paso. Every time I would confront her about what was going on she would promise to fix the problem but as soon as I walked out the door she would do the complete opposite.

I really like working here. They know you by name not by a number..Nilkia, Zac April, Mike...very good peoples.God Bless OutWest and bring them success for decades to come. This is a very good company to work for

I asked to ask if they occupied owneroperators and they didn't know how to give me the reason in McAllen Tx's new yard as the call would return in 10 minutes that's starting

Unfortunately I wasn't hired. Veterans stay away they won't tell you if u r hired or not. Won't return your calls. If possible if u can speak with a recruiter as long it's not Lloyd.

Never paid sign on bonus!!!! I take it seriously as well. My sign on bonus was never paid. Don't act innocent to that matter. Hope your trips to Africa go swell, being that you rob your drivers.

Beware, inward facing cameras are running constantly, not just during an event or when truck is running. Cameras are recording when let truck is off. Be the way spoke with a lawyer, this is not legal.

I am not happy w a mechanic (s) that should be ther 24/7 You make it rather difficult.

My time with out west is if they don't like ur kind then u don't matter and and when I quite I didn't get pay what they owe me be aware

Please be careful who you hire!!! One of your truck drivers was driving wreckless, tailgating cars are they were trying to exit!!! He almost made us crash!!! Took pictures of the license plate and the truck in case you are interested in them, feel free to contact me!

Great place to work However when enroute whether it be on Waze or google maps they both have the location or shall i say directions to Outwest it takes you past Outwest and directly to neighborhood.

I haven't been there, but the trucks are nice and shiny.

Had to come back and give this company 2 stars because I finally did receive my last check

Jesus Flores is one of the best persons ive met he was great help and amazing character

We were driving through Ohio and this truck drive almost completely drove us off the road, so he let him in front of us. We kept our distance and then while further down the road he started swerving. Going over the rumble strips the going over the dotted line not meaning to. It s like he had no control of the vehicle! I have his license plate number and a video!

What a rip off company. I have friends that you continue to keep in the negative. How can you look at yourself in the morning and know that you are starving out a family. You bought the truck at auction and are selling for 3 time's the price you paid. What a joke. I am a truck and company owner and you make good drivers want to quit.

THEY DONT PAY THE MILES YOU DRIVE IT IS CITY LIMIT TO CITY LIMIT.
Over the last 4 weeks, the company has changed, I ve been doing a lot more broker loads which have had me spending more time loading/unloading (average time of 15hrs a week) than driving and I ve lost about 600 Miles a week, and at only .39 cents a mile that $234 a week and $936 in the last 4 weeks of lost income, it s not the e-logs that s the problem we ve had them the entire time I ve been here, it s the broker loads which are scrapping the bottom of the barrel loads, and detention time at $17 a hour after the 2nd hour, doesn t come close to making up for the lost drive time and income, so today with another 5 hour loading time on a 650 mile load, I m just over it. At first I was told to park my truck at the yard in Dallas and find my own way home, but that was changed to they would find me a load home to Kansas City (where they have a terminal and I picked up the truck from). I m not sure what happened with this company and being a driver they don t tell you much, but 3100 Miles @ .39 cents a mile isn t worth living in a truck away from home when there s local jobs paying the same amount. That being said, it s up to you, I m only speaking about my experience. I drove 14,000 miles a month until the about 3 weeks ago and it all went downhill from there. My last load back home will be 11/17/17.

Truck number 531 over here at Sutton transportation in northlake Illinois park the truck overnight and before he left out this morning urinated between his truck and the trailer on the facilities pavement then he left the facility and drove away... And there is a restroom a hundred yards away that he could have used... I have no respect for any company that allows this to take place The driver should be fired on the spot
