Hotel Connections Review

I am a vendor to them (a taxi driver). They ordered a ride for a client of theirs in Everett Washington.

After providing service for a lower price (was supposed to be flat rate for $90, only charged $66) the did a charge back and committed fraud.

That's what it is called when you pay for a service with a credit card and after receiving service doing a charge back.

Any potential customers or vendors, stay far away from hotel connections.

Update it is two weeks later they have contacted my main office and said they wish to take care of this but they have not.

This company has executive leadership that is very dishonest.

Their senior vice president of business management does not understand the word fraud.

Again, any potential vendor client or customer should stay far away.

Awful Company! Very high turnover of employees. Be Cautious if you are applying for this company! If you accepted you will get stuck there, it is a nightmare, be prepared to work all day long. Unmanageable workloads and higher management, they don t appreciate it. What is the common meaning for work-life balance meaning? For upper management is not in their vocabulary. They expect to be connected even the weekends, but upper management can spend their time with the families. Lack of leadership for the Account Management team especially the VP of Account Management. Teams are so overloaded, the weekly meeting is over and over with different words. Some Account Managers are just reservation agents . Extremely limited career prospects you get promoted if you are friends with the upper management. The SVP Business Management in the Miami Office is just walking around the office to micromanagement the employees. I have seen they hire new team members and then after a short period of time without real justification they are terminated even if they have done a good job. They are hired and they will let them go because they are not liked by the upper management.

People are unhappy! Improve management and leadership! The VP of Account Managements needs to work in his leadership skills a lot! You need to change the person in HR, she is not reliable and not professional, she really doesn t care about people. She is the totally opposite of HR should be. CEO doesn t care about all of this, all these people are friends and they have their own personal interests. Stop telling employees that is the best company and go online and give good reviews even when is not the true.

I haven't dealt with them personally but they have called my hotel and the lady who called was extremely rude and was basically yelling over the phone because i couldn't do an immediate check-in. Just disrespectful, unprofessional for a business and very disgusting.

This company is a joke! Leonard, one of the hiring managers is not a truthful person and does not uphold his word. Very unorganized business!
