We have used Outwater Plastics products several times in our home. We have found the products to be outstanding and the service precise.

I ordered some 3' x 4' Flat Crimp Antique Pewter Wire Grill on the 20th of November. Hadn't received it on the 10th of January so I gave them a call. I talked to some nice people in general, but the first time I was called the guy transferred me to a nice lady named Rita. I told her my situation and she said "Oh he must have transferred you to the wrong place sorry" and then hung up. So I called back then got transferred to Carolyn who said my order was missed and wasn't made. Which is fine, mistakes happen but then she said what I ordered would take 4 to 6 weeks because it's not in stock. I already have waited 5 weeks for the product which I need in order to make something for my client. I was just a little disappointed that they didn't apologize and try to fix their mistake or try to offer a similar product. Rather said sign this document showing you understand that you can't return the product. In their defense I was rather accommodating and nice so maybe the felt like they didn't need to be more helpful

This is my first time ordering from these folks and I am satisfied with their service. The product was available when I logged on, they informed me via email when it shipped and I was able to track the items. They arrived in excellent condition on the day promised. The product is of good quality and easy to manipulate, cut and work with. Time will tell if it yellows or cracks with age, and I'll update the accordingly.
So far, I'm impressed.
