I am very thankful that leaders financial took me on back in Sept 2015. I had very bad credit and even putting down 75 percent no other banks would approve me. Leaders did give me an extremely high interest rate but that is expected with past history. Well 3 years later I just paid off my loan and now have a 730 credit score. Also my title was sent to me then got lost in the mail. I had to go to DMV and lay money out of my pocket. I sent them a receipt and they reimbursed me 60 dollars. Again without them taking a chance I'd still have no credit or credit cards. Also I only had to call them a handful of times and never had any rude experiences actually they were all very nice people. Thank you leaders financial

These people are so rude and crooks. I paid off my auto loan and I get a letter in the mail saying I haven't paid and my account is delinquent. I call them to resolve the problem and they say you haven't paid. I said I have a confirmation number and that you need to look into this problem instead of just saying I didn't pay. So the rude man checked and found out that my load was paid off in full. I said exactly so why did I receive this letter and why you people are trying to defraud me. These people are terrible. I will never do business with them ever again.
Honestly, outside of one of the customer service reps, I have had no problems with this company. Granted, I usually paid on time or early, which helps, but I think as long as you are making your payments, contacting them when you may not be able to, you shouldn't have any problems.
Fine I had substandard credit and they gave me a loan. Their collection practices are professional and I am glad I used them to rebuild. Would use again. Thanks

I've had nothing but good experiences with LFC, I've had two loans with them but that was two years ago. Maybe they're under new management now from all the negative reviews. Sorry to read that
Very disappointed with the way this company does business. For starters I was told that I could refinance my interest rate after a few months of on time payments, however when I called them up after 9 months of on time payments they told me they don't refinance for a lower rate, they would just extend my loan for lower monthly payments. What a joke. One of the account managers by the name of Rida is by far the worst person at the company. She will explain to you that you should be happy that when she call you she's being nice. However Annie a ext 316 is the only reason why I would give this place one star. She's nice and very understanding of the real would situations. But please at all cost avoid this company and the extremely rude staff.
These people are so rude! They are very unprofessional. I'll be done with my payments in 6 months and I called to see if I can deferred my payments for 2 months, the person who answer the phone was very rude, the first thing he did was put me on hold. Instead of asking for my account # and then telling me if it was possible, he automatically told me no we do not deferred payments. Once I said excuse me? then he asked me for my account #. I've never being late with my payments and I just needed to postpone the payments for 2 months. When you can't accommodate your customer who has never missed a payment and has never being late it speaks volume about your business. I can't wait until I'm done with this place.
I have been with Leaders since they were established in 2010, I have financed 4 cars thru them and now all of sudden they want to be RUDE and UNPLEASANT when I call them and question them about things. I can't wait until this dilemma is behind me!!!
They started out being nice but when my wallet and bank account info was stolen and I was late with a payment they became very nasty, I will never refer anyone to them at this point!
This company is horrible, they have the highest interest rates . They are very rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy. So many bad reviews smh..! Today I just made my last payment of a 30 month loan.. Never had a issue with them at all.!!! For crying out load their one of the more lenient finance companies around..! If anything I'm lucky they even approved my loan to begin with because I was a first time buyer with no Credit score or history ..! Their cool with me..!
Although the rates are high, if your financing a used vehicle for less than 10K this company is probably your best bet. They give you option of paying down the principle during your financing term above what you pay monthly without being penalized.
All in all, I'll say there ok for first time car buyers. With that said, the rates are astronomical. If you aren't financially disciplined then you may find these rates to be a let down. I would look at this company as an option to rebuild credit though.
Note: make your payments ON TIME. No lender will be easy on anyone who makes late payments.

Used them many moons ago. They are rude and lack a lot of respect for customers which is a turnoff. This place you need to keep your own records, because they may make a few mistakes you just have to be an advocate for yourself. Unfortunately they don't offer any incentives for returning customers which I wish I they did. But I personally paid my loan off early because I wasn't a fan of dealing with them at all. If you have no questions and just want to pay they are the ones for you but if you question things that's when all hell breaks loose with them. Ask them what the accrual based interest means they can't tell you? Which I found to be deplorable because that's how they calculate the interest. Essentially they front load their interest in like your early years so they get paid 1st so the remaining years of your loan you're only paying principle. Essentially to save money on any of their loans you have to pay it under a year and a half. But NO ONE could tell me that when asked to explain it. That's the ignorance you're dealing with. To me if your a loan person you should be able to explain that to your customers.
What kills me about these people is that they lie...my claims person there was named Michele...and her extintion # was 225...well had a question for her her they told me no one had ever worked there by that name and they had no such extention...lies..so i asked rhe young lady do you have it where you can put a payment at the end of your payments she told me they didnt offer that....why i was asking because i know other companies do and at the time i had just had surgery....well low and behold when i called back on friday the guy John offered that to me...i also told him what the other lady had said...of course he couldnt talk about her...i told him this is not the first car i have ever bought...so im aware there is such a thing....just dont lie...wont use again!!!
Horrible staff, rudeness is part of their daily operations. Limited access on their end on my account however they are the ones who can see my account. Stay away .
Since i been with leaders they been awesome . They work with you on paymenets if you lose you're job. Make payments on time and they will work with you on any vehicle.. If you ha e a problem with rhis company its probably you not paying you're bill and blaming covid. I swear we all got an extra $600 on unemployment..
Can t see your loan amount on line or what you paid already, only takes payments, never know what you still owe. Sending extra payments doesn t help because they just credit your next payments & if you have a payment book like me, good luck. Can t wait til my cars paid off & try to get my title from them
Just spoke with a gentleman by the name of John he was very rude and nasty and on the phone I asked to speak with his supervisor he puts on a lady name jane I explained to her about the situation and she then goes on to say basically she doesn t believe me and hangs up the phone RUDE IS A UNDERSTATEMENT

Leaders financial, I'm trying to find the words to match what I really think about them without sounding biased, but again we are talking about experiences with the company write? Leaders financial to be, will be called the mobs of the lending world, they come to your rescue ,approve your loan just because you're credit is not that great and have you caught in a contract with the devil, There interest rate is nothing to write home about and I think what they are doing needs to be looked into, if I have a voice I'll say stay clear of leaders financial they are FINANCIAL FRAUDS...
I have had no issues with Leaders Financial. I purchased my car almost 2 years ago and have had no issues dealing with them. You make your payments on time, then there are no issues. Also, if your credit isn't great, you will get a high interest rate from anyone you finance from regardless. I'm reading all the nasty reviews and I have had nothing but a good experience with them. I will be done paying my car off in one month. Everytime I call there, they answer my questions and I have not dealt with anyone there being rude. :)

i am furious with these jerks. just got off the phone with them. very nasty. they hurt my credit when I was away on military duty. I have them a copy of my orders that had me away for 60days and i made up all my payments right after i got back. it still ended up on my report. Might have lost a job opportunity cause of it. these people suck.
one of the WORST companies I've ever dealt with. first off their interest rate is ridiculously high good credit or not. The staff is horrendously rude! they charge fees to pay by debit. their website is super shady. if your payment is even 1 day late, they will call 3 to5 5 times a day. literally Harrass you. you can request statements showing your payments and balances which I would recommend doing monthly as when you call to confirm information there are discrepancies with balances they give you the run around to avoid questions and putting people on hold is what they do as no seems to know what they are doing! all in all I suggest that no one ever uses this company!
I got a loan through these guys after I purchased a car for around $6,600 ($10,000 after a down payment) & they gave me an APR of 19.99% while I had GREAT credit. When I saw the number, I laughed at the car dealer s face. Luckily the dealer I purchased the car from was pleasant. I took my business elsewhere & refinanced my loan through another bank. They are heinous scammers. Please beware. Do not do business with them.
I've delt with this company through two cars I have never had a problem with them I think they are more than very nice people,generous never rude or nasty towards me i always get treated with kindness. They have been a big help to me and when I say I appreciate the company I do.

I was satisfied at first. But all it took was one very bad experience to change all that. I made my payments online, and on time. Until the Friday before Christmas, 2012. I treid to login using the same login name & number, but to no avail. I tried different login names and numbers, just in case i had changed the info and forgotten about it... but nothing. I then tried calling their office to make a payment over the phone. That is a maze in and of itself. For payments press this number, you press that number and the message is, if you want to make a payment press one of these numbers, any number I pressed lead to the operator. Or rather the operator's voice message box. I hung up because I was frustrated at that point. I tried making a new user name & number, but received no confirmation email- so much for receiving one "within a few moments". That was 3 days ago. I called today to try again, after trying the old login & pass, and the new login and pass. After going from number to number trying to make a payment, I left a message on the operator's voice mail. I would have sent them an email explaining the situation, but there is no email contact listed anywhere!
All it takes is one bad experience to mess up a good thing. After a year of being a satisfied customer, I have become very disappointed with them over the past few days.

Terrible customer service!!! All the women seem to have attitudes and are extremely rude. I called to retain a copy of my payment history and balance as they never actually send any info out to you besides the old school coupon book. The woman said "you've been making payments monthly." Like seriously?!!! I know I have I want to make sure your accounts are correct and I would like to know my remaining balance. She then says yeah I'll send it to you and hangs up! Now i dont have the best credit and this has helped to increase it but the company itself just seems unprofessional and quite suspicious.
Horrible costumer service, i would not recommend anyone to go with this company. If i could guve 0 stars, I would. The staff are extremely rude and uncooperative. Do yourself a favor and dodge a bullet, when i am done with them I will not be getting another loan with them.
If you can avoid using them, avoid them. Straight up scammers, I was paying them for two years I call to get my balance and I still owed more than half of my principal after paying half of my loan (4 year loan and 2years+ done) the lady tried to tell me I took out $14,000 when I only took out $9,998. To me that doesn't make sense. AVOID them at all costs if you can; they prey on bad credit and new buyers. And make up charges and no one can really define the extra cost and fees they add to your bill.
But they're not rude so that's why I gave them 2 stars. Just try to avoid them if you can.
Is someone here that leader financial buy a collision insurance? Without notice, because they do to me, and I call them I send insurance information to two different Fax numbers , I will report this company. And I will like everyone do it.
Hi this place took my van back missing one payment, sold my van made $1000 on sale and then to hurt me put a $40 charge off on my credit report, I explained I have brain cancer and they agreed to buy back van and made money of me then ruined my credit. They have no sympathy for people with cancer or helping anyone. Before financing with them just make sure you understand how ruthless people can be thanks to all that read review.
My complaint with Lenders is the fee they cost to make a payment online, ridiculous. So since I live near by I drive into the office and make a payment. I have not had any issues paying at the office. You can pay cash, check. Not sure if you can use a credit card also but I would imagine so. The young lady at the window very pleasant.
They do what they could and give you what you deserve. So to the guy that gave the bad review,,,, If anyone else would have approved you, your rate would be the same.....Remember they are a Special Finance Company....
The company is a joke it decided to change their way of how u can pay ur payment before I called in payment with debit card and it was fine now u can still do that but they are charging me $10 dollars for the transaction on top of the almost 20%interest they charged for loan and the staff is rude and if u ask questions they don't care
