I've been using Rogers Outrank for a little under a year now. I'm very pleased with the services and results it has given my company; Red Robin Masonry. I mainly joined to diversify our marketing and sales as a large portion of our sales previously came from a review based website. One bad review could disrupt our growth potential and plans and I wasn't comfortable with that. Our company has been experiencing exponential growth over the past couple years and outrank allows us to keep that pace because of the wide exposure it provides on the internet. That exposure results in qualified sales leads which we couldn't be happier with. From the other perspective, Outrank allows customers to get an accurate idea of what our comapny does and the services we can provide so they know what they're getting when the contact us. Very Pleased!

The concept and the sales pitch kind of made sense but the product and service did not deliver. This is the worst marketing venture we have ever participated in. Run don't walk from this company's sales reps.

Working with Ryan Wilson (Search Marketing Consultant ) at Rogers OutRank has been a positive experience. He delivers quality customer service. I particularly appreciate that he is quick to respond to and to implement my weekly lists of change requests.

As a financial planner, I wouldn't expect any of my prospects or clients to make a decision on the spot as to whether or not they wished to work with me. After receiving an unsolicited phone call this afternoon, I addressed my concerns with timing, pricing, etc. The representative on the phone seemed to just be running around in circles as I objected to letting him close me on the spot.

I have no comment on the services that OutRank provides, but can be assured that I will not work with any company that conducts business in such an aggressive manner. The bottom line: lose the pushy sales tactics and give people time to digest what you're selling them. There are few people who are comfortable with spending several thousand dollars per month after a 15 minute speech.

Expensive, poor service. Give you a different number than your business number and now I have gone with a different service this listing exist and the few people that do find it call a disconnected number that was never my business number ever 5000$ wasted and losing some of the new business because of poor construction

Don't waste your time or money. Typical Rogers service.

I've gotten a few calls from these guys and they are so pushy they get offended when you politely decline to hear their pitch. Probably a red flag when they hire people who are complete a**holes. He actually started arguing with me when I told him I wasn't interested! Unreal. Can't believe Rogers lends their name to this outfit.

I don't normally post reviews, but seeing all these people posting garbage made me speak up.

I have been working with Outrank for my Interior Design business for 5 months now, and I'm TOTALLY impressed. I was nervous. I'm listed on Houzz, Yellow Pages, and a bunch of other services, and got NO response from those. I lost faith in marketing.

Within the first week of signing up (Day 3, in fact), I accepted a project from an lead that came from this service, and that ONE project paid for the service. Outrank easily doubled my business... and for HALF the cost. And I didn't have to proactively manage my stuff. It just worked.

The customer service team has been very helpful

Forget these list services or Yellow Pages type things, this is a new generation of buyers, and THIS is the way to attract their business. I'll be suspending my service next month though, not because I'm not satisfied, but because I can't take on any more clients!

I've recommended Outrank to 2 of my friends (Not designers, I don't want them taking MY business) and one of them signed up last month. He hasn't seen the same volume (different business) but his business has already seen a noticeable uptick.

This was a waste of money and time. They charge quite a lot (thousands) for SEO and Google Ad words (Which you can do yourself if you want to). Sales team will harass you until you sign a contract which you can't get out of. We kept getting calls from potential customers who were looking for other businesses, which means they recycled their call number and didn't update it. HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BTW rogers outrank if you read any of this STOP CALLING US we do not want to use your services EVER AGAIN.

Wow! What a pushy saleman that "didn't want to waste my time" and terribly wasted my time. Not enough knowledge to answer any of my answers from the script.
Just don't sign up with them. I got solicited several times and couldn't be open about any of the simple questions I asked.

Absolutely no use for any business. They just want to hook you up and make money for 6 months. I got a cold call from a guy who was reading from a note pad and didn't have any idea on my business. Even I could hear the voice of somebody coaching the guy on the phone.
Also many times I asked them to show me on google which of the top organic listing is yours now and they just mention we cannot disclose!!
If you ever get a call from them just ask them I pay you but Per LEAD not on a monthly basis and you see where it goes.

First off... DO NOT use this service if you value your money. I wish I had checked the reviews before going forward with Outrank. Used thisservice and it was a complete waste of money. I didn't even get 1 lead that was worthwhile nor were the leads related to the same business. I don't know how else to express this but there is no quick or magic solution to growing a business. Better to invest these dollars in a custom website with good content and SEO. Outrank will only lead to frustrations and wasted time/money.

Terrible experience. Extremely pushy when I politely declined because I was not interested. Did not respect my own time. Called at least twice a day...very annoying. I redflagged the number and set the automatic rejection on my phone when I get a call from their number.

Worst company ever. Don't work with them! The marketing call seemed nice and polite to ask an appointment for their presentation online. But the presentation went side way after 15 mints. The guy touted to sell their super expensive monthly plan. $2000 per month to let them refer up to 80 customers calls in 3 months! What a greedy beast. He didn't let me go and kept talking, pushing me to sign up their plan. Seemingly it's a scam! Abhorrent way of promoting like a snake oil salesman. Absolute waste of time. Don't don't sign contract! Shame on you Rogers!

We have worked with Rogers OutRank for two years now. Derrek Shank is a pleasure to work with. For such a large company, the reps are always personable and look after our needs in a timely fashion.

I would strongly discourage any entrepreneur from investing in this service. I don't usually rate things on google but if I can prevent one person from using this service, I've done a good thing.

Been with Outrank for months now and I can honestly say that this is the most dedicated team to helping small businesses succeed ever <3 So happy to be sharing our successes together!

Waste of money, I only got petty leads that added up to less than $1000, and the fact that they said I would make enough money to pay for their service and double if not triple my work was all a lie.

And don't sign up with out knowing that you are complete bounded in a contract for 12 months with no exit clause so be aware of that as well.

Biggest waste of money I have ever spent!! I lost $2400 of my hard earned money and got nothing in return. My fault. I should have done more research instead of listening to the slick well rehearsed salesman on the other line. Way to go outrank, you must catch lots of suckers.

Coming up on one year of working with OutRank and it has been nothing short of awesome. The best part about working at OutRank is the people; I love the team I work with and everyone puts such a great level of detail and care into what they do. I could not recommend joining the OutRank team enough!

Have many clients that moved away from this company. One of the biggest issues is the little amount of work they put into the campaigns. Second, the campaigns aren't set up to scale from the start. Very amateurishly set up. I don't recommend companies with this kind of business model for a reason.

Big companies continue to butcher online marketing and give the industry a bad name. Tired of auditing the campaigns they set up that got zero results apart from conversions for branded terms that would have happened anyways (repeat customers).

Had to deal with one of their reps to ask what they did exactly. Turns out it wasn't a marketer but just a sales rep that was just hired. Salespeople can promise you the world to make their sales quotas but the entry level workers doing the marketing setup can't deliver on those promises especially when going up against much more experienced marketers. You will get better results setting things up yourself even if you don't know how to use a toaster. #wasteofmoney

This is the worst company to deal with for SEO and Adwords. They do not optimize YOUR website, they optimize a COPY of your website, so when you cancel with them, all the work you had paid for is gone.That is RIDICULOUS. I have never heard of anything so misleading to their customers. I am in the same business and EVERY customer I speak to about ROGERS said they had little to no calls,.and that they were paying huge amounts of money. The keep hounding you and the more they call, the cheaper the price becomes. They are destroying the SEO and Adwords industry. I have a list of over 30 companies that will NEVER deal with them again. DO NOT USE THEIR services...

I liked the promises they made and the clever presentation that convinced me to blow thousands of dollars on their program for zero return on investment. This has been the worst experience of my life.

I was reluctant at first to register with this due to the initial cost involved. I did find the sales tactics to be pressuring but took a chance and it paid off within the fist six months and more. They did try to keep me on a high priced budget but I was able to create a flexible one to suit my needs. The returns I did get were worth it and now that landscaping season is coming up again I will adjust the advertising to suit my needs.

Our experience with these guys was negative. Do your research before signing any agreements with these guys.

Aggressive sales people, kept calling.

Made a lot of promises, but when my boss foolishly agreed to sign up and they showed me what they had, I knew right away they couldn't deliver on their promise. Cookie-cutter website, listing in a about a dozen business directories (free ones), content was mostly copied from our existing website. Clip-art type graphics. Dashboard tools were nothing special, emailing lists, sales promotion shout-outs, most in fact are not applicable to our business.

But the real bad thing was, they use their own phone number, not your decades long business phone number that everyone knows. Can you understand that? Giving up your business phone number and using a whole new phone number...

Anyway, we requested our agreement be cancelled based on mostly what I mentioned above. Our losses were about $1000.

Outrank by Rogers is one of the most reliable marketing companies that we worked with. very professional staff and excellent service plus more leads and customers to your business.

I own a travel agency. The person who called me couldn't answer most of my question directly - it sounded like she was searching for the answers. I started the joinme meeting...and as she spoke from a script, I googled and didn't like what I read. When I asked for another travel agency's web site, as she said she works with them al the time, she hummed and paused and quoted me a privacy issue. LMAO... no privacy issues when you are on the internet. Hello!! Or maybe she was being coached as she was speaking to me.

Only reason I rate it 2 is cuz the customer care/ consultants that work with you are nice and helpful. the helpers as a whole care about you succeeding, but this business as a whole, sucks. they were too pushy and I felt forced to sign up. it's hard to cancel too. the new phone number they gave me was an old roofer company I keep getting calls for. ONLY leads I got were people asking for roofing. website not bad but I can't readily access when I need to and the pictures make my company look bad. if you live outside of your work zone. you can't target where you want to work. they only let you target where your mailing address is.
for what you're paying for, a website you make on your own is much cheaper and there are cheaper ways of advertising. as a small business I don't care for growing too much. you can't control the amount of people clicking on your site or calling you.
better bang for your buck elsewhere. they prey on small businesses

Absolutely the worst and most irresponsible company you can use for your business advertising service. ridiculously over priced for no value. complete waste of money. upon discovering that many services can be requested through Google and Bing for FREE, we requested a take down of all the information previously created by Outrank, and it's been more than 2 months and NOTHING has been done about it. We are running the risk of confusing our potential clients with the nonchalant approach to customer service from Rogers.

I have received a lot of phone calls from them over the past year and I have told them very politely each time that I'm not interested. Today I gave in and decided to listen to what they had to say.

After 40 minutes of a presentation they finally got into prices and I politely declined, they would not give up. She lowered the prices like three times and I still wasn't under 1000/month. I declined three more times when I finally had to hang up on her.

Also in the background I can hear other chattered and cheering, to me that's very professional. When I asked her about it she had said it's a Google atmosphere

I'm not sure if these people are actually part of rogers or what but these sellers are giving rogers a bad name.

The prices aside, I will not go with them mainly because of how pushy they were.

I have been dealing with OutRank for a couple of years now! They are extremely helpful, friendly and great to work with! I would recommend them to everyone!

I used Outrank to market my business in Newmarket, it is an airport limo company. The leads generated were terrible, cookie-cutter website and the fees were outrageously high. I work with a local, smaller company now and I could not be more happy. Avoid Rogers Outrank for your small business.

They are around to sign contract and make money from you for 6 months. They don't trust their product and know no customer with stay with them for a month.

It will think it works only when you haven't tried any other marketing company or don't know your marketing options.

absolute disaster from start to finish. Never got ANYTHING promised when the made and had me sign initial contract.Absolute waste of money with no return at all. Marketing sucked. I thought big company will be able to provide solid leads to grow my business. I got absolutely 0 business and a ton of calls from people looking for free services. Don't waste your money...advertise with smaller companies and they will actually pay some attention to your needs.

Marginal returns for what I feel is a high price tag.
Staff were all pleasant and helpful, useful widgets in the service, fairly bug free operation on desktop. Overall just didn't make sense to keep spending money for poor returns.

Waste of money ... o return and visibility on web search engines. Very disappointed.

Great scamming company! - Car sales, Bulldog approach to every client. NEVER EVER try this people.

It's a scam, they prey on newer hopeful business owners and offer them the world, but in reality, you get jack squat. My biggest regret was not talking it over with my wife, because they wouldn't give me an opportunity to do so with their high pressure sales tactics. Please do yourself a favor and hang up on anyone that offers this type of service!

Giving two stars just because of good customer service. ONE star for the package and features.

- great sales pitch by sales person, beware of this. they will give you an anchor price (thousands of dollars) and sell you for the "lower" priced deal (which is what they meant to sell in the first place). if $600 plus a month is a "deal" for you.
- you can do the same thing (or even better) for more than half the price that they are charging.
- very restrictive and poorly designed email templates and auto emails
- poorly designed webpage
- getting wrong calls sent to me. example, i am getting ALOT of calls asking for a popular camera store here in our city. those and NOT good leads (as what they have promised) and was a waste of my time. It would have been good if i sold camera equipments and if i took passport photos... was very frustrating at times.

I just discontinued their services today after a 6 month contract. Lesson learned. Sadly, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

But it generated NO Business whatsoever and none of people at Outrank would call for follow ups or how to improve. No Guidance from them.

pushy salesman. good and helpful technical staff. however, bad site and no new business. they kept my site up for over half a year after I discontinued subscription. The phone number they used was not in service so I would have clients telling me that my phone number does not work. took several calls to get the website taken down. If you don't cancel within first 3 months, it's automatically renewed for 6 months and they won't let you cancel. Money grab by Rogers

I confess I did NOT sign up with OutRank. I was, however, subjected to a high pressure, bells and whistles type of online presentation that was blatantly scripted, and completely non responsive to my questions. When I would interrupt the sales rep to make a comment, I would get a simple "ok" and then straight back to script. I made it clear to the representative that I do NOT respond positively to high pressure tactics, nor to demands for immediate commitments. As if I didn't exist, she starts with, "So, can we sign you up today? These prices will not be available after today. I don't want to give you a chance to talk yourself out of it", (Honest, she actually said that!) After thinking about it, and doing the analytics, the cost is simply not justified. The promise of leads is not the promise of clients. Only a small percentage may turn into clients, and, at best, the return may be only 2 to 1. Would you spend $500 per month in the hope of $1000 per month in revenue (if all goes well), especially if you are a small business and $500 may represent a huge chunk of your current revenue? No. It is also interesting how, in all these reviews, they either get 5 stars (from either paid reviewers or employees!) or 1 star from disgruntled customers. When the words "rip off" are used this often, alarm bells should be going off. Caution is definitely warranted. Setting up your own website and hiring a reputable local SEO service is probably a better plan and money better spent.

Hard sales tactics used to pitch an overly expensive adwords/website/SEO product.

Being a new business, I found OutRank to be very useful in creating leads and establishing my Brand through out the first six months of operation. The customer service team were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and always were available.

This is a great example of over promising and under delivering.

This service is poorly managed. The only time someone ever really contacted me back was when I requested the service to be canceled. They then tried to offer me a bunch of solutions.

I do tons of advertising. I thought I would try this because in all honesty you can never over advertise. However for maybe the second time in my life, I found something that was a complete waste of $$.

Thanks for nothing.

BIGGEST SCAM

Signed up with Outrank with a promise of 4-6 weeks for full setup of services offered. From the first 4-6 weeks no communication or evidence of service being offered. I then called and canceled services that they were pretending to offer as they never provided or could provide evidence but kept billing me @$700 mthly, so i was insuring their services which were not there, online or otherwise. They tried billing me 3 more times, I then contacted them to find out why they were trying to bill me for a service already canceled. They fixed the error and stopped all billing attempts. 3 months after initial signup I finally received an initial setup email "Yes I received an initial setup email for outrank 3 months after initial signup and almost 2 months after I had canceled the service". Engage Web, tracking phone number and adversite was never setup and no attempt or proof of setting it up was ever given but kept billing me for it. I thought I was finally done with Outrank "NOPE" They were happy to tell me on the phone that it was canceled and they would stop all billing attempts "which they did". 4 months after last contact with Outrank I receive a call from their collections department saying I owe them over $2000 for services that were never setup or went live and no proof was ever given. No new tracking phone numbers, no new websites and most importantly No monthly tracking reports. No evidence of any services provided and this company thinks I owe them over $3500 and now they resort to threats. Stay away from this company. If you have read this then you are now forewarned.

Here is a snapshot of this scam business. All they do is to hire some people to bug you days after days by phone and convince you that they will have a very positive impact on your website visibility. They promise you tons of thing that they will deny every single of them after you sign the contract. Literally the happy noise of their HOORAY in the background will tell you that all they care is to earn some money trough their contract and don't care about you anymore.
I have been with this company for a year and then we discontinued. After a few months they started approaching us saying that they have changed many things in their system and now they are really effective. I agreed on a 6 month service and that was the biggest mistake of my life. I think Google should disqualify this company to be shown in Google search cause bunch of scammers are taking advantage of customers who really value Google search. They are also just charging the CC without giving you any evidence where your money has been spent. The worst ever advertising company that I have dealt with. Anytime you complaint about their service you will receive a few fake calls and they will call you right after congratulating you because of those fake leads.

They talk to me saying that i need to sign the 6-month contract. Then at the bottom of the contract i signed, it says a 12 month agreement. I paid already 3500$ and i got in 6 month 1 customer that brought me $400. Not a good return on investment!!

Finally, they recognized the mistake and cancel the contract. That is the good side of it.

The Worst thing i have done for my business ever. They gave me one price and now they wont stop charging my credit card.

After spending thousands and being promised I'd have good customers from these leads, I did not end up getting one. Instead, I got calls from customers for the company who previously owned the toll free number. I got a lot of calls from other companies soliciting me to contract with their SEO service. I got emails from people that were looking to lure me to a dating website. I received maybe 3 calls from leads that didn't leave messages or wanted information but weren't interested in paying for service. There were lots of promises and changes made along the way, but none of them were effective. To boot, they weren't even remotely regretful that they didn't deliver on their promise, but instead deflected the blame and slow to cancel my account. I would not recommend Outrank for any service business.

No stars! Zero!

I have been bothered by this company enough. They call every two weeks to see if our company would like top notch leads. I asked where he was from and he said Rogers, it is about the account. We have our mobile phones with Rogers so I told him to contact the owner on his mobile phone. He didn't have the number, so I knew it was Rogers OutRank calling - again. I asked him if it was Rogers OutRank, he then hung up in my ear. Very nice Rogers! Very nice! I will now be looking at moving our cellular phones from Rogers!

The Roger Outrank programme has been a huge benefit to our family run business. We have expanded into parts of the city that we did not work before and found the number of inquires for future work has increased due to this great service.

Rogers Outrank seems to be just a front for Yodle. When I get calls from my reps or call the outrank number, the reps identify themselves as being from Yodle. I suspect Rogers is just charging a premium and offloading the files on Yodle.

This roger outrank company has to be the worst internet marketing company ever who on a daily basis annoy many businessess with their cold call tactics, I have asked them numerous times to not call me again and put my number in the do not call list but they still call me at least 10 times a month!!!! Most good reputable companies will never do this and have customers coming to them - no need for cold calls and annoy businessess!! This here tells me that even the other review here is by their own employee and I would never trust a company like this to do our marketing.
