Signed up with Outrank with a promise of 4-6 weeks for full setup of services offered. From the first 4-6 weeks no communication or evidence of service being offered. I then called and canceled services that they were pretending to offer as they never provided or could provide evidence but kept billing me @$700 mthly, so i was insuring their services which were not there, online or otherwise. They tried billing me 3 more times, I then contacted them to find out why they were trying to bill me for a service already canceled. They fixed the error and stopped all billing attempts. 3 months after initial signup I finally received an initial setup email "Yes I received an initial setup email for outrank 3 months after initial signup and almost 2 months after I had canceled the service". Engage Web, tracking phone number and adversite was never setup and no attempt or proof of setting it up was ever given but kept billing me for it. I thought I was finally done with Outrank "NOPE" They were happy to tell me on the phone that it was canceled and they would stop all billing attempts "which they did". 4 months after last contact with Outrank I receive a call from their collections department saying I owe them over $2000 for services that were never setup or went live and no proof was ever given. No new tracking phone numbers, no new websites and most importantly No monthly tracking reports. No evidence of any services provided and this company thinks I owe them over $3500 and now they resort to threats. Stay away from this company. If you have read this then you are now forewarned.
