Outback Steakhouse International Review

Stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar. Tiffany the bartender was amazing. The food was delicious (had the 6oz sirloin). Outback continues to make me want to return.

Amazing, staff were super friendly and got us what we needed. The bloomen' onion appetizers took longer than expected but they comped it so super happy. Definitely one if the good places to eat at!

We LOVE having an Outback near us and we have had nothing but exceptional service and food every time we visit. This last time took the cake tho. Our waiter Hunter was fabulous. Very pleasant, observant and thorough. The thing that really stood out tho, was the fact that he called us when we left because my husband had left his credit card behind. He did not have to do that. We really appreciated it. Keep it up Outback and thanks again Hunter!!! Great establishment!

We always have a great experience at Outback and tonight was beyond stellar! Monika was not only an awesome server, but she was also an absolute pleasure to talk to! She was extremely attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We truly enjoyed having her as our server and will definitely request her when we come back! I got an alfredo pasta with shrimp and chicken, it was delicious although a bit spicy. Our waitress Becka was so nice

I loved this place even though it did not appear on Google map.

Service was not that great. The guy was friendly but took my order down wrong and I was served the wrong thing and had to send it back. The bloom petals were terrible. I've had them before at other Outback restaurants and they are usually good but these were all breading crumbs and few onions. It was also more expensive than I believe it was worth.

My partner and I loved our Rib eye steak. This our second time eating there and it was excellent each time. The servers were Great at their jobs.

Everything was cooked properly. Great service as well

Stopped in for lunch with a colleague. We were greeted promptly with a smile. We received excellent service from Myra. Davie, the owner stopped by each table and greeted everyone. You just don't get that type of service on a regular basis anymore. I had the alice springs chicken quesadillas and they were delicious. The baked potato soup was also good.

We always get great service if we dont then they take care of us.

I think the overall consensus of this place is if you have hours to kill before a flight, come here!. Other then that, hard pass on this place.

I hate to complain but our group ordered salads, soups and wings. Took hour and half with us asking where was the food to be served. Just not enjoyable. manager did comp half the meal but this place and staff can not have you in and out in a lunch hour.

Will go back one day and see if improved.

A beautifully modern style decorated establishment with excellent service and excellent food. Our waitress, Jeannie (spelling?), was phenomenal and I really appreciated her kindness, suggestions and humor while serving us. She was a part of making my birthday a great one.

We came in at a busy time during lunch. Our server Anthony was great! Very attentive.

In the area for a conference with my wife and Service Dog. The restaurant was within walking distance so we visited it twice, both times for dinner. The service and staff were great. We were seated quickly followed by giving our drink order which arrived and then food selection. Both occasions, there was far too much food for both of us to finish. Naturally, we did share a dessert which was excellent. Our first visit we ordered a mix drink and beer and both were good, no complaints. Only reason we're giving them four vice five stars as our last meal was very salty. The main selection as well as sides. Not sure what happened, but it was too much for one of us to finish. We are racking this up to a "one off" as our first visit was great.

Love it here, came once when it was raining buckets. The greeter came out with an umbrella while we unloaded from the wheelchair van. And they make sure you are good and if there is anything they can do to help you out.

If I had a good time and I liked the food a lot and very good attention, thank you, I will return

As soon as I pulled up to the place I knew we were hosed, it's an Outback with an empty parking lot. Have you ever seen an Outback that wasn't slammed? I figured since it's right next to Bloomin' corporate HQ this place would be top notch and I was dead wrong and soon found out why you'd place was empty.

From the moment we had butts in seats until the last piece of our order came out it was 79 minutes. Yes we were a big table but the full order came out piecemeal and some people were completely done with their meal before others had been yet to be served. We had to ask three times to get bread, whereas normally they shovel it at you. There was literally half an hour where both of our table's servers were MIA. We won't talk about drink refills.

Several things that were brought out were actually for a different table, and that error happened multiple times both coming and going. Salads came out plate by plate over a 15 minute span. Listen, I get it that people make mistakes and sometimes something gets missed, forgotten, or miscommunicated, but this was constant all evening long. A bad server is a bad server but the whole restaurant being a logistical mess rests entirely on the manager. Alcoholic drinks seemed to be correct and timely for those who ordered them.

The food was good though. As much as I can complain that it was horribly mismanaged still doesn't take away from the fact that the food was prepared precisely and consistently in line with how I expected the food to come out. Maybe that part is done by robots. Pretty much the rest is all about how not to operate an Outback.

Just came for my sons birthday dinner to celebrate. The wait took a little longer then we expected, but waitress and manager kept checking up on us making sure drinks were filled and when we did get our food it was perfection. A table full of 10 people and not one complaint. Bonus was offered my sons meal on the house as well as a dessert he chose. Great night out.

Why are the floors so slick? Felt bad for the servers. Food was decent for the price.

The food was delicious and we didn't wait too long! The place was clean and we had great customer service. The brownie was a wonderful way to end the experience!!

Had the nicest server! Very clean restaurant our food was excellent. Hubby got 6oz steak, broccoli, mashed potatoes and a side of shrimp. I got Queensland Chicken &shrimp pasta minus the shrimp, lol. Everthing was great minus hubby's potatoes. They were just blah.
Our waitress was so nice and quick with refills and to get our food.

Service is great, the manager and waitress took great care of us. Will definitely be back.

Modern and cool, but also comfortably furnished ... steak and lobster mac n cheese taste good, tortilla soup very good. Very nice relaxed staff.

My husband ordered filet medallions medium rare and they came out medium. The recook came out medium well. The manager came by and said, " Oh no sorry, I don't want you to leave hungry." How about standing in expo line to make sure the steak comes out medium rare!

COULD NOT GET SERVICE!

Waited 20 minutes on the patio and no server ever greeted me.

There were hardly any tables inside.

I finally went inside to let them know I was leaving since I could NOT get service and there was no hostess to be found!

A server finally came up to me inside who was going to come outside to take my order but at that point I was so DISGUSTED and left!

This is NOT the 1st time I had problems with this location during the covid-19 pandemic.

No wonder Outback restaurants are going out of business!

Restaurants are HURTING for business these days but Outback refuses to step up their game!

One would think that since this location is down the street from corporate headquarters the restaurant would have great service but that clearly is not the case!

I have tried to give this Outback location several chances to get it right but the staff just doesn't care. Some of them look like they are robots and barely awake when at work.

Too many other restaurants in the area who are happy to provide great service.

Decided to go to Eddie V Prime steakhouse where they know how to give proper service and food 10x's better.

Drinks were okay. Entirely to much ice which watered down the intended flavors for each drink. If nothing else they were pretty

I like potato soup but had very few potatoes in my bowl. Waitress was good.

Not bad. Had a couple bad steaks come out but the server and manager took care if them very quickly. The new place looks great. The owner is even present to chat with guests.

Was seated,no one came after being seated for 5 min. Granted the place wasn't even busy. Another party was seated and in less than a minute waitress was at there table. Once seeing that went back to the hostess to check what was going on, where manager was standing there too. Then brings waitress who will be taking care of us. Manager apologized and stated they were going thru change in waitress and hostess wasn't aware. Lame excuse. Manager try helping with placing drink orders, so we didn't have to wait longer. Do you think they comp anything or even bought an appetizer for making our visit more enjoyable. NO. I love outbake but I won't be going to that one location again.

First time I been to outback. And it was impressive.

Great value for steaks and seafood in the westshore part of tampa by intl mall ! Their chicken tortilla soup is amazing and so is their lobster! Their sirloins when done medium rare are pretty close to a filet! Very lean, soft and not chewy!

Our server Lisa was particularly delightful, combining excellent service with genuineness and intelligence.
