The snack could be better, my flight was delayed a lot, there was still a problem that I couldn't check in on the internet on the return trip.
I have 110 thousand miles and the mileage plan I bought the most comfort in boarding and even so I went through the embarrassment of saying that I was not entitled to luggage, this mileage plan is all deceit.
I bought a ticket and the airline didn't have that flight now I don't know what to do 'cause the phones don't work and the mail doesn't respond
Inefficiency in treatment. Flight canceled queues with huge waiting with baby lap and seniors and the staff does not know operate the system.
Bad ... Every time I need to use it, I pray I won't have problems again.

The flight was terrible ... they changed the flight schedule and did not warn ... The seat had to pay and changed the seats in places that I hated .. I called the company to make a complaint and I was not met ... certainly not recommend. And I'm going to look for my rights.
Frequently flying with this Arline while traveling in Brasil overall good experience, lots of room for improvements like on time departure, comfort during travel,price tickets, food during travel.

Poor service, yesterday was traveling from Curitiba to POA, when the check in panel was in trouble. I had already paid excess baggage previously and was obliged to pay again the return baggage (100.00 extras). Unfortunately they took advantage and reported that they had a system with problems and did not identify the payment.

Every year I travel with Gol !!! Always service acceptable.
I had my flight canceled, but we didn't have much assistance, we ended up going to Porto Alegre after a 3hs wait and when we arrived at Porto Alegre airport nobody of the goal cared how we would go to Caxias do Sul. We had to turn around !

I was very well attended at the Gol store at Caxias do Sul airport.
Already was better. The armchair full of eaten cookies. They are no longer cleaning or seats between flights.
They lost our suitcase and did not take care of anything.
Thank goodness it was fine.
We left Caxias do Sul at home and returned home.
For me Gol was within my expectations !!
When I travel I will go by Gol !!
