Very disappointed and dinner ruined! We are in town for a soccer tournament and ordered dinner for pick up to eat at the hotel. The loaded fries app clears states cheese, bacon and homemade ranch the left off the bacon and ranch. Same went for the loaded baked potato only butter and sour cream. Worst 9oz sirloin I have ever tried to eat at Outback fatty and chewy. The only thing they got right was the broccoli with cheese.
We were craving the bloomin onion so figured we d get takeout tonight. Went and picked up our food, out everything in the table and NO bloomin onion. They told us they would give one to us on them next time we came in...like it s not going to be on you because we are still being charged for the onion we didn t receive! Finally after not much help we decided to have them take it off our bill and rerun the card. Very upset if we could we would have sent all the food back, all we wanted was the onion!

Other than having to send the steak back as being overcooked it was just fine.
My first time out, since quarentine begin, finding a restaurant to seat and eat. We found Outback, wow, I was so happy to see businesses opening and grateful for these wonderful people doing their job. I was so happy that I wanted to hug the waiter. He did a great job and he was smiling under the mask. He told me that lol.
The service was exceptional, and so was the food. The proprietor is lovely too
Horrible experience over hr in hlf wait no exaggeration over 30 min to me and another table received drinks.....appetizer cam out with food hour later... shrimp was cold....manager was out of sight....couldn't find waiter to pay ....never again...not worth 60$ horrible horrible horrible experience...

Me and my boyfriend ordered wings last night and they were horrible. They were so overcooked that they were hard and scrawny. There was absolutely no meat on the bones. He was looking forward to his favorite meal and was highly disappointed.

Food was terrible and had to be sent back. Overheard couple behind us say this was the second time there, and both times fodder had to be sent back.
Our waitress was really nice, we took up her table for over an hour. The soda machine was broken but she offered a solution of freshly made lemonade. The appetizer of Aussie fries hit the spot while we waited for other friend to arrive. My steak came out wrong but was fixed and the manager came over to apologize. Would probably return in the future.

Walked in and was presented with a smiling host asking if there was anything I needed before I could even ask. Once told him what I was looking for the manager of the store and another waitress took me to my table and made me feel welcomed. Never did I have to ask for anything and every question was answered with a smile. Excellent services and food! The manager even takes time out of his day to check on you and even makes you laugh. Great place for a family, personal, or even business visit.
Didn't like the steak the way it's seasoned, burns your tongue, my whole family was very disappointed with our meals. As well as service. Bar tender didn't know how to make a brandy Alexander. Sad.

Outback has always been one of my favorite places to eat. I was so disappointed with my meal. My shrimp taste like it was cooked in old oil, onion pedals were over cooked in the same old oil and sweet potatoe was cold. Copked so hard you could use them as a weapon. Let's not start on the server with the bad attitude. This was not one of my better visit, no I did not inform management because one bad apple will not ruin the whole bunch.

HANDS DOWN WORST SERVICE EVER!! Took 30 minutes to get water as we watch everyone around us get service. Or table ordered endless soup and salad we got our soups 45 minutes after ordering with no salad and they served the adults and made 3 children wait 20 more minutes to get there food!! Then after a good hour of being ignored with the worst service ever the OWNER comes out and is explained the situation he promises to make it right, then go's to the back of the house and is never seen agian. Until we are leaving and he realizes we are still there and runs and hides. This was all during a very slow lunch service TRASH!!
I have never had such friendly service at an Outback in my life, and I used to be a frequent flyer! I am in Tampa on a business trip and as outback is across the parking lot from my hotel so this is the 2nd time but I've eaten here in the past 2 weeks. On both visits I was greeted and someone held the door for me, and multiple employees checked in to see if everything was going OK. On this visit I sat at the bar; the bartenders were both very attentive and friendly, And one willingly made me a drink that is no longer on their menu without complaint unlike my outback at home. When I left (both times) more than one employee said thank you have a great night. I've never received a warm welcome When coming into an outback or had my door held for me, and they typically never acknowledg'd me when I left outback in the past. As far as the food I can just say that Outback is always consistent, although I definitely see that over the years prices have increased and portions have decreased. The coconut shrimp was amazing as always, and the steak quesadillas weren't my favorite but that's my fault for trying something new. All I can say is thank you out back for a much friendlier than normal experience.
Absolutely amazing customer service. This Outback is new and is where Lee Roy Selmon s used to be on the corner of Lois! I have been to this location for several events and I never leave disappointed. The staff is always a pleasure and the food and drinks are amazing! Mayra is an amazing server and was attentive to all individuals in our big group and the guys are the bar (I remember Tyler) are amazing as well! I will definitely be coming back to this location and I am happy to have events here.
Nice friendly staff clean family environment definitely going back and the manager had a baby koala hand puppet and showed it to my 10 month old son and he loved it that was nice of her kudos to the staff!!!

I am going off this location so I am not sure if other Outbacks are different. I use to go to Outback often years ago. What happened?
Server first informed us we cant change ingredients in a quesadilla because they are premade in the morning. Lol. It's a quesadilla. Bread came out with our meals and server blamed his"friend" as he called him and said he told someone else to bring it. Burgers way undercooked as well. My client wouldn't even eat his which is embarrassing for me.

I've 30+ yrs experience in restaurant hospitality. We had a party of 6 & the food was very good. The service was not so good, maybe this particular location could be a "training" center for all new hires. Not to discourage any body from visiting, just be prepared for slow, incomplete service.
Just ate here. While the restaurant decor is fresh and modern at this new restaurant near International Mall, service was absolutely below par. No silverware, napkins even when our food was delivered, and waitress was no where to be found throughout dinner. Manager came by and talked a fine streak about how they hired a great team, but we were not impressed.
Waitress then handed the check over and had taken off the Dining Rewards discount without asking first, as they do at all the other establishments under the Dining Rewards programs. Rude.
Unfortunately, the last time we came here, service was just as bad.

This was the worst experience I ve ever had at an outback. First the waitress takes the drink order (Coca cola, and water) then leaves for 20 minutes. Finally when she returns She explained that they were out of glasses so she was waiting. We then attempted to order but found they were out of some things so we had to change the order. About another 20-30 minutes later the food is brought to the table and my food was lukewarm... what was the reason for the long wait to only get warm food??? My partner ordered a well done burger but it came to the table as medium rare.
I don t think it was all the servers fault and she was nice. But this was ridiculous, between the times spent and the food I waited for and ultimately ended up not eating and sent back.... I won t be coming back or even going to any other Outback for that matter.

Ordered lunch on Monday 4/1 and the to go specialist was so incredibly friendly! She was helpful and so easy to talk to. There was a small issue with my order but she got it figured out and was so nice about it. Definitely recommend ordering to go there! Wish I caught her name because she was so awesome!
I have not been to Outback in several years. My grandson invited me to dinner here and I loved it! The food was excellent!

The place was clean but the food not so great. My husbands steak wasn't cooked as he requested and had to be returned to cook more and my son's burger and fries were too salty. For the price paid the food wasn't worth it.

Poor service and uncooked food .. there were 4 of us in our lunch party .. the person who ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad didn't get his meal until the rest of us were halfway done with our meals AND one of us ordered the Outback Burger cooked well and it came out looking more like medium with the center very pink .. he decided to eat it fearing that it was going to take longer to get a new sandwich and we had to be back at 100P .. it was our first time there since it had just opened up within the past couple of months .. very disappointed in the experience especially compared to the previous restaurant on that lot called Lee Roy Selmon's.
Always enjoy Outback! Today slow service, cucumber on my salad and the chef seemed to be heavy handed with the pepper. Asked for no cucumber and light seasoning on my steak neither request was granted. Should have complained but didn't want to wait for a new steak :(
This location is still relatively new, but they have certainly gotten better (at first, we tried to go for lunch but the service was really slow, now it's just over an hour for lunch). We went earlier, at the beginning of the lunch rush and they were much faster, but considering the area is all office buildings, they should be a little better about sticking to an hour. The food is always very good and they even have an app now for rewards, which is always a nice bonus.
I order curbside and there was a large truck post it in front of the restaurant! I had to go in and normally the staff will come out to the vehicle and that made it very inconvenient for me! But the staff was friendly once I was inside the restaurant!
Carley the bartender was great, very knowledgeable with her drinks, and the steak meal ordered was on point.

Went to outback on boyscout rd for birthday. Had steak and lobster. Lobster had a breading on it, which I did not like also no melted butter. Usually get a compt dessert for birthday, but did not. Server was aware of day from my husband.
Seating was prompt, service was efficient, the taste of the food was amazing, and the food presentation was first class. All around good experience.
I want to thank every member of the crew. Since we open the first door we feel the welcoming atmosfere. The service and the quality of the food were beyond my expectations. The bellini that I ordered was delicious, thanks to the bartender. I notice the great teamwork during my visit, keep it up. Definitely, I will be back soon.
