No respect at all. You have to wait for a looong time.

Not one person liked the food they got and service was polite but super slow and they weren't busy

Outback is a fun place to eat, with it's Aussie atmosphere and all. The night we were there they had a neat combo special. For 12.99, 14.99, or (I forget), depending on the entree you choose, you get soup or salad, entree, and dessert. A great value. I had the chicken on the barbie, and my 6 friends all chose the sirloin steak. All were good and came with a choice of veggies. The only flaw was a few mix-ups in the doneness of steak as ordered, and confusion over one side ordered.

I went there for lunch and sat at the bar. It wasn't busy at all, but it still took 10 minutes to get a drink and another 10 to get a menu. Plus he served me Tito's without asking what I preferred. When you mix Vodka with iced tea (an Icepick) well is fine and less costly!!! I won't be going to that one again...

I always enjoy outback everything is on point and has sweet people that work there.

Steaks were under cooked and when we brought it up to the managers attention he stated "oh that how medium well steaks should look like." This wasn't our first steak we know how steaks should be cooked and they were not cooked correctly. Nice building, very classy looking but the chefs here suck. If you want good steaks visit the Outback on N. Dale Mabry next to the Cheddar's. They have banging steaks!

Terrific customer service can be had at this Outback! I found myself waiting longer than anticipated for a take away order. When the attendant brought me my food she also included a complimentary dessert while apologizing profusely for the wait. Lovely location with a kind staff.

Ran out of baked potatoes and onion soup, appetizers came with meal.

food pretty good, service horrible. come in at 10:20pm on a friday they close at 11. Ordered 2 entrees and an app there were 3 of us. the staff was actually eating at 1030 on the floor, and pretty sure our server was part of the break. Service was spotty and weak. Water was only refilled once. Asked for blue cheese and bacon on my steak they bring me cold blue cheese dressing. Is that a strange request that a steakhouse bring blue cheese and bacon on a steak??? they offer blue cheese crumbles on one of their salads. the 15.99 steak and lobster was great, and being on a keto diet i was able to find plenty of food options. but fix your service you are across the street from your corp headquarters... shame.

It's just a typical outback. But the staff was friendly and the location is good.

This location is nicer than other Outbacks. Wait staff was friendly which always is a plus.

There was a group of 5 of us when we went and we ended up sending 3 out of 5 meals back. The manager was super sweet about it but their crab in the crab cakes had gone bad. We hard a hard time just sittin there because it smelled so terrible. But we did make some new friends.

Conveniently located near our hotel in Tampa. It was late when we arrived and we didn't want to go far. Outback never disappoints, pretty much the same wherever you go. Good beer and appetizers. Great steaks.

New location so everything looks great. Food is always cooked perfectly and taste great. Service is kind of slow but we go in the middle of the lunch rush and they are always super nice. The owner/manager is the hardest worker. Every time we go we see him as much as our server. Always have a pleasant experience here which is nice since work is within walking distance.

Good food, great service, still gaining popularity! Not to busy and close to the mall if you want to get away from the crowd from the mall!

Everyone was nice. Embarrassed that I sent my steak back. They did comp it. It would be better to QC in the kitchen and not at the customer. Wine was fantastically overpriced. (Over 14 bucks for a glass of average wine.) Glad I didn t bring the family.

I sat at the bar last sunday evening & both bartenders were friendly and vary attentive to my needs, i got the prime rib and it was great!

Make sure you are specific on How you want your steak cooked . But everything else was great .

High quality fare, and the service is excellent! Good place to go if you are really hungry and want something nice.

Food was a sad disappointment. How do you mess up steak and crab cakes? You pay a fair price for less than fair taste. Service was saving point. Male manager was the highlight, as he was friendly and understanding. I will wait another 10 years to return. Ruined my Christmas gift, as it was that meal with my sister. Left hungry, but they did give free desert. Lol.

Oppressively loud. Asked a waitress to have the music turned down. They didn t comply. A very uncomfortable evening for myself and my work colleagues.

I have tinnitus and my experience at this location made my condition worse.

Hey regardless this place is run like a dance club bar. Not a family now work dinner friendly place.

This is best place to chill out in evening with friends. They have roared veggies who s is custom order. Try that if you are vegetarian

Monica was a fantastic server for my quick lunch. The honey butter suggestion for the bread will be a frequent request from me for sure! She made sure that my special requests came out perfectly, and she was very attentive throughout my meal. Great chicken tacos, too!

Had a great experience with my sorority sisters. Raul was nice and catered to our every need and request and made sure that he kept us updated on the status of our orders.

Didn't really have a good time. The waiter we had seriously freaked my girlfriend out, but that was the only real issue. Apart from that the food was more than exceptional.

No waiting on a Sunday @ lunch time and Melissa was very nice.

Place was clean. HOWEVER I ordered a medium steak and it was medium well. Also no manager came by to ask how everything was lastly prices for a lunch were high.

This place is incredibly slow. I see alot of people standing around chit chatting and customers waiting on food.

Really good food. Pleasant staff and a nice v view. Exactly what I was expecting. One of the dishwashers recommended were try this particular location. When the dishwashers bring in customers, management is doing something right.

Sat at the bar for a cocktail. Trevor was awesome. Nice new outbach great decor.

This was my first time at this new location. I've eaten at Outback before but this location recently opened and I was excited to see the changes made to the building.

The staff were very friendly and the decor is lovely. A Very comfortable and inviting environment. We were meeting friends for lunch and I really wasn't expecting much but once I saw my entree I knew I had to write review.

I wasn't in the mood for steak so I asked my server about a dish I'd never seen before the Bloomin' Fried Chicken. The Bloomin Fried Chicken features a boneless chicken breast hand battered in Outback Original Bloomin Onion seasoning, deep-fried until golden brown and drizzled with the chain s spicy signature bloom sauce. I asked out server if he liked it and he said he thought it was pretty tasty. I decided that's just what the doctor ordered, except I asked for mine without the drizzle of bloom sauce.

I was quite literally speechless when the dish arrived at our table. My mouth fell open and my eyes were wide, this dish just looks so incredibly appetizing. The looks aren't even the half of it though. The delicious seasoned batter covering this juicy, tender chicken breast was an incredibly unexpected surprise. As soon as I'd finished the dish I was reminiscing about my first bites, savoring everything all over again.

I cannot wait for our next treck to the Outback. I know exactly what I want.

Restrooms were clean, staff were fantastic, very nice and courteous. Dining area was large and newly redecorated.

Ordered on Uber Eats at 7:15pm. Driver waited there nearly 45 minutes. At 8:55pm they cancelled the order. You try getting something decent, in these times with a 9pm order time. So basically I didn't eat dinner tonight. Also, the driver sat there for nothing and they told him someone must have picked the oder up. Which is impossible if they were doing their job. This company on a whole has gone down hill for the past 10 years. It is barely a step above fast food at this point. And service wise, they could have just fulfilled my order... late sure, but at least I'd have had the dinner I ordered.

We had the shrimp and lobster bites and had a hard time getting past the breading they put in it. It was so thick the shrimp and lobster got lost. I ordered the Queensland Chicken and Shrimp for dinner. Their first try the shrimp were raw and the chicken was not cooked all the way not to mention that it was all extremely salty. The second try was a little bit better. The shrimp were better cooked and the chicken was better but it was even saltier and extremely spicy (hot). The manager took the bites off the ticket for the raw food and the server brought me a potato soup which was luke warm to cold. Don't think I'll be going there again anytime soon. Going to wait to try again after they've been open longer or get better kitchen staff.

The bartender, Jeremy, tells me their corporate HQ is just around the corner and this is their newest Outback design. Better service here than a lot of much-higher priced concepts. The value proposition of this Outback is just obscenely slanted to the customer.

Would like to say how wonderful the staff is and the food was awesome. We visited there this past weekend and my son wasn t feeling well. Staff went above and beyond to help me out. I can t thank them enough for everything that they did for us. I am in your debt.

Awesome place to eat while in Tampa. The food selections and quality are World Class....Across the street from they Street/ International plaza and beside the Residence Inn Airport Westshore. Great food and the Owner "Davey James" who was onsite during my lunch is a great guy. Honestly cares about your eating experience. As a world traveler working for the Government...I Highly recommend this place as a MUST for traveling to Tampa! Great job Davey!!!!

Horrible experience at this location. Steak came out dry and cold, server was rude and the restaurant was dirty. There are plenty of other outback s in the area don t choose this one.
