very unprofessional and never answers his phones, and emails. he never dose as he promises, lies, doesn't come up with plans or tells you what he will do. i retrained him and and ask for more money but never filed. at some points i believe he sided with my ex attorney. very weak and a lot on him, very easy to take advantage of. He survive to scam folks in needs oh legal help. please watch out from this crook, i will not stop at a complain and will go the media too.

A crook! And has no regard for proper procedure or due process. Utilized criminal procedures and ethnic intimidation to procure orders of the court. I have filed a grievance against him and a criminal complaint with The State Attorney General. Chris abuses his power as an attorney and doesnt know what he is doing.
Chris took an extremely old and difficult case than involved an attempt collect child support in excess of $174,000 from my son's deadbeat father (KD Savage that wrote a scathing revote y because he lost). We received wind that he received a settlement from a lawsuit of a sustainable amount of money. Time was of the essence and Chris used his skill and knowledge to place a private lien on the settlement monies before it was released to him. KD also had a felony case for non payment of child support and had done everything possible to no support his son in 20+ years. KD to advantage of every delay and appeal possible just to increase the cost to me and my son. He also accused every judge involved and Chris or bias, racism, etc. because things weren't going his way. He has always made it clear, I would never see a penny regardless how much my son and I suffered financially. Unfortunately, Chris and the judges also received KD's abuse both verbally and attempted to discredit them. All on court record. Chris remained professional and I feel awful he had to endure my ex. I know I've been the brunt of it from 20+ years, I didn't think he would attack someone outside my family. Without Chris and his quick thinking and expertise we would have never collected any monies. My ex definetly inflated my costs, however it was money we would have never seen. My son and I are extremely grateful to Chris. He is worth it, had great relationships that are invaluable and knowledgeable. Thanks Chris!!!
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.... I Paid Chris Nesi $1,250 the beginning of January for a service. I finally got ahold of him at the end of March and he still hasn't done anything on my behalf . He apologized and said he will get it taken care of and told us he will give us an update by text , phone call or email atleast twice a week. Here we are today May 1st and haven't heard from him again. I got a text from him last week saying he was going to call me when he gets out of court at 5pm. Not one phone call or text. Get another text saying he is sorry and will call when he gets out of court at 5pm. Of course, not one phone call or text just to let me know what is going on. When I call the office , all they say is that they will give him the message.... Worst experience ever . DO NOT RECOMMEND
Chris handled my divorce in 2008 and did a fantastic job. He was understanding, informative, and diligent. Chris was honest with how the process would go and let me know what steps lay ahead. Years later when I had an issue arise, Chris quickly returned my call and assured me that everything was still in place.
Chris is an amazing attorney. He s extremely focused. He gets the job done. With his knowledge and experience he truly fights for what he believes in. He s laser targeted, firm, and gets his point across. He helped me when i truly needed him. No sugar coating anything either, he ll tell you like it is. Definitely recommend.
Chris took forever responding to texts and returning phone calls. He has yet to withdrawal from our case which is preventing us from finishing up our court paperwork. His work ethic is extremely unprofessional. He was hired in the summer and it took till November for him to fix a new custody order that kept getting denied. Even though the order is finished(as of November) we are still unable to turn the order in because he refuses to withdrawal from the case. And again countless texts and phone calls later and no responses.
Chris has always been there for me when I needed him. He will fight for you and if anyone can win, he will. He is dedicated, fiercely loyal and one of the hands down best courtroom lawyers around.
Chris handled a case for me, and I am very satisfied with the work done. He showed expertise with my case (breach of contract). I would use his law services in the future if I needed them. I will recommend him to my friends and associates.
Bluntly: I was very glad he was my attorney and not the opposition's. The opposition (a crooked roofing company) had a large firm representing them. If I had to do it again, I would hire Chris in a second.
