I went all the way to their office in Hammersmith, only to be told there are no cars available. If that's the case then why not update the website, instead of making the consumers think there is stock .

Don't get me wrong, the adviser wasn't rude and was professional throughout my shock that they don't actually have any cars in stock .But I wasn't offered a reservation option for (late next week) and I felt like this was a business that already had so much going on that they lost their focus on how to actually win business .
