They have a high pressure sales call center with sellers who actively lie or hide the truth. One big lie is their free home installation service. What they really mean by free is you are free to do it yourself. Optima has this automatic call which tells you what date they are to show up to your door but what they will not tell you is that it will be a box thrown at your door with hardware you must installl yourself. They have a 14 day cancellation policy but that simple box takes them 12 days to deliver so be quick to cancel your contract with them otherwise their technicians cost hundreds of kuna.
Also their contract is not in pure Croatian but in a remote bosnian dialect or such just to make understanding their crooked words extra complicated.

One of worst telecom operators in Croatia. Internet breaks very often (like 20+ times per day), and router (new) end up reseting itself non-top. This is very annoying when it comes to business or when you are sending larger emails where you need to repeat the process few times hoping that the connection will last long enough for you to be able to send the e-mail. Avoid.

Just to update. Last week I was monitoring the performence of their service. There is of average of 9 drops of connections inside only 1 hour (if you do business avoid every single one tele-operator in Croatia that goes by the name T-com, Optima, Iskon and Tele2).
Now "people" from Optima was calling to offer a higher speed upgrade. At the moment speed signed in contract is 20MBit/s. What I found out is that they are unable to deliver more the 14MBit/s during the day (which on their web is stated as minimum speed for 20MBit/s package - so I pay full price for 20MBit/s so I could through the day have constant minimum speed of that package?!!!), and during the night it tops 17MBit/s all the time, with average actual download speed being 1MBit/s (This is not mistake, it is actual 1MBit/s, not even once it was 14 or 17, or 20. Now what is the point of having a 20MBit/s internet, when your actual top speed is 1MBit/s?!!! If you need to download some business documents and materials from your clients cloud you will wait a few hours or at least an hour - as I do every time I am about to download working materials), and THEY offered me to go for 30MBit/s?!!! How will they deliver 30 when they are unable to deliver 20, 14, or 17, and have crazy amount of problems with stability of entire network all day and night long for every day in a year. Beats me, but hey, I will never accept it because now I pay around 30 euros, and I will be honest here, their services do not worth more then 3 euros if we will be real. Now this is what you get living in Croatia.
Just to mention, Iskon and Optima are T-com child companies. And T-com has a monopoly on telecommunication infrastructure, that means that you can't get a quality service because all operators use the same infrastructure controlled by T-com which is one of the worst in the WORLD. So it does not matter which operator u use, when all of them are T-com child companies. It is probably the biggest monopoly in state.
Now I dare you to try do business in Croatia with this:
- 20MBit/s that is not delivered not even once
- 14MBit/s per day, 17MBit/s per night with having actual download speed of 1MBit/s. HA-HA
- Internet connection breaks of average 9 times per hour, and every few mornings per month if you start to work from 5 am, you will not be able to if your business depends on the internet connection because there will be no internet for like 1 or 2 hours
- Actual download speed is limted to 1MBit/s, and I never witnessed that my download speed ever passed 1.2MBit/s - what is the point of 20MBit/s package then?!!! What am I paying here?! Now contract is sign on 20MBit/s, they can't deliver that speed, they did not delivered that speed not even once in last 30 days. Combo that with very high number of connection breaks (router is 2 meters away from my laptop which means that distance is not an issue since signal is very strong when there is any) and you get the picture how this country infrastructure works.

Every weekend I have to call and ask customer service to send me at least a little bit of internet, namely, I had a contract at 4Mbps, and after that contract they offered us a speed of 10Mbps for the same price, of course we accepted. After almost 6 years of being an OT user, I switched to another operator because of a long-term unlocked malfunction. A totally unprofessional customer relationship. For years I have been a user of their trio package of tv, flet internet and phone. I had no contractual obligation. Their agent called me and offered to switch to optics with a contractual obligation of 2 years. with the price of 305 kn. I accept, and after a month or so, none of the optics. I also get an invoice plus the contract amount. I call SZK my agents connect with each other, in the end they can not deliver me the service agreed upon the contract.
