A totally unprofessional customer relationship. For years I have been a user of their trio package of tv, flet internet and phone. I had no contractual obligation. Their agent called me and offered to switch to optics with a contractual obligation of 2 years. with the price of 305 kn. I accept, and after a month or so, none of the optics. I also get an invoice plus the contract amount. I call SZK my agents connect with each other, in the end they can not deliver me the service agreed upon the contract. The next morning the phone works, opti tv does not have internet. Again I call SZK called that day six times talking to 17,18 agents to the breakdown technicians. And then the craziest agent replies: you have nothing to do with us and you don't use our services (I talk to a landline phone and watch opti tv) and I get their account properly, another agent had to turn off the old service because they wanted to turn on the optics but then they saw that can not provide this service but must return to the old (someone probably needs in New Zealand) to get there includes, third: arrest optics by us will be in 7 days and this will check, going here I am now the person in tech. you will have internet service turned on within 2 hours you do not have to worry or call again and so on.
