Optima does not deserve this one star, but there is less it can do.
So, after 3000 calls in the last year, of which 1000 in the last two months, I still have the Internet, which is, compared to other operators, like Thomas Edison's DC vs. AC Nikola Tesla ...
Every weekend I have to call and ask customer service to send me at least a little bit of internet, namely, I had a contract at 4Mbps, and after that contract they offered us a speed of 10Mbps for the same price, of course we accepted. I NEVER got that speed, and after a lot of calls and hours with the operators, we come to the conclusion that my network infrastructure in the area where I live does not support speeds greater than 4Mbps, eyes, 1st thing fooled me, 2nd thing doesn't respect my side of the contract, but come on I need the internet, for fax, for work etc, we will continue this, I can reconcile with 4Mbps. But fig, my people, at my current speed, can't even start SPEEDTEST, let alone anything else.
There is nothing left for me to call and ask the customer service people to renew my connection and make sure they send me at least a little internet, if possible, renew my connection, it takes 3-4 days, I have a speed of 3-4Mbps, after that , same thing 0.14Mbps if you are lucky.
And now I was just so full of **** that every time I explained to them that my infrastructure was bad and my max was 4, and to ask them to send me at least some internet, I would agree with one operator that he put a notice on the above text so that all further operators know the situation, do you think they did it? NO.
And one more thing, somewhere at 1700 calls I was told that the doc technician would never come ...

NOTE; All those who do not know where to take the internet, I suggest that you bypass the optimism in a wide arc, cheat you with advertisements that they have no contractual obligations, get hbo and have brutal technical support.
1. There is no contractual obligation because if I were smart I would write them a lawsuit because they do not respect their side of the contract.
2. HBO oke who loves
3. Of course there has to be support when the internet never works.

Below is a picture, no more nerves. The number of calls I made is figurative, maybe I called more.
