After almost 6 years of being an OT user, I switched to another operator because of a long-term unlocked malfunction. Given the poor and outdated infrastructure of cable networks, it's no wonder that frequent and frequent breakdowns and breakdowns are called and the customer service is called. Customer Service lately is almost impossible to get that has become irritating. In our case, the Operator failed to repair the breakdown until further notice, and we were granted early termination of the contract. Because of the failure, we had no access to the Internet for more than 55 days, so we changed the other operator. Some things can be tolerated, but in our case, it's been a long time. It also revolves us that we have received an automatic call from the voice machine after the termination of the contract and the transfer to another operator where they claim to be completely wrong that we owe it to something that we did not. In the obtained solution of the decision of the Complaints Commission, everything is detailed. In the end, extremely bad experience and dissatisfaction with this operator !!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
