Products would be good...but I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE to order anything...I ve ordered once something 8 or 10 years ago and they still harrass me with ringing at the door bell, calls, post advertisements...So NEVER ORDER ANYTHING unless you want to be chased by them until you die or the company closes (I really do hope thet the company closes before I die...). Even if you write or tell them that they must delete your account...it won t help. Only e-mails will stop...but calls, mail delivered via field sales will keep on. I was really hoping that the terror stops once I moved...but I was so unlucky..the same field sales must have tracked me down because of my postmail box with my name on it....I should have moved further away to escape from them...

On the last visit from the Oswald representative I bought, on recommendation because novelty, a Pepico herbs. I imagined with this marinade I can prepare a delicious meat dish.
After two uses and total flop I have the rest of the fine Pepico herbs in the toilet
disposed of. May it destroy the rats in the cannilization, then still makes sense for something.

Oswald makes very good products. In particular, the spices are great.
My personal favorite: The spice mixture "Fuego". Everyone should try these once. It is great for seasoning meat and tofu. But otherwise the spice can be used in many ways. In terms of sharpness, the product is neither too sharp nor too weak.

But nobody cares. Some products were quite popular with me. But now I'm 77 and do not cook anymore. Recommendation: Buy the desired products at a weekly market where Oswald usually has a stall. Then they remain unrecognized when buying.

At first someone always came to the door and then you annoy with telephone advertising. First you are politely thanked for the loyalty (I regularly buy 1 !! and the same product directly in the shop) and then you want to make a loyalty offer with products that I neither want to try nor need. But NEVER there is MY purchased product cheaper. I don't want to buy anything new and I am not taken out of my file. I no longer want annoying calls, where I notice exactly that the caller cannot deal with conflicts and wants to hang up again as quickly as possible if I don't want to benefit from anything so that the next customer can be called.

In addition, the calls come from a number of a call center. Why not traceable to Oswald food?

Now I'm curious whether my renewed request to delete my data will finally bear fruit.

I strongly advise against buying from this company! Some time ago I bought bouillon there once. Since then I've been bombarded and harassed with advertising calls, sometimes on a weekly basis. A very clear e-mail to the customer service with the request to delete all contact details from me immediately was boldly ignored and the advertising call madness continues. The behavior of the call center is a bottomless cheek. Save yourself the hassle, the stocks at the competition are equally good, only apparently not marketed as well. It's only since I've blocked the various call center numbers, three of them so far, on the phone that I've got my peace of mind. Incredible that something like this is legal here. I will never buy anything from Oswald again and advise everyone against it.

My colleague and I have now submitted complaints against the numbers to the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO because of unfair advertising and harassment. I recommend all those affected to do the same, there is an official website from the federal government.

Even if the owner replies to every bad review with "just send an e-mail for a request for deletion" or something similar: it doesn't matter what you do, everything is ignored. This is the third time I have clearly asked for my data to be deleted and it is always deliberately ignored.

Once you have ordered something you will not be left alone. Post, phone calls, emails are constantly "edited" I personally find very unpleasant. Terror really knows no boundaries. For 3 years I am called every month even though I have not accepted a call yet. How so??
Nevertheless, I find the products very good and the service with delivery and support for problems is really good.

"How do you explain to me that e.g. bullock bullion 700 gr. Is available in Germany via Sundavidol for 19.90 euros incl. VAT, but in Switzerland CH Oswald requires Fr. 39.90?"

However, I found a representative from the region most cheeky, which stood unannounced in the morning at 8 at the door and wanted to sell me a package, although I had ordered the day before grad. Customer satisfaction comes first. Why but GOPFRIEDSTUTZ tilts because the gravy senso (without gluten) from the range ??? The best gravy ever for celiac disease patients. Unfortunately there are not even samples for the new gluten-free gravy after consultation. The 14-day return policy is good and nice - but you have to bring the minimum order value of 40 - even when ordering together - and would then pay twice postage. Once for the order and once for the return. That's just too expensive for me! In addition, the competition now provides free of charge.
Unfortunately, there is nowhere as good a substitute for the gravy senso. Pity!

I have been ordering from Oswald for over 30 years, because the products are of good quality and above all because I have been able to buy the sauce in refill packs of 1.8 kg for years, which I have always found very innovative from Oswald. Space-saving in the cupboard, good for refilling the 600g can and, above all, disposing of it with almost no waste, spoke in favor of this product. Now this variant is no longer available but a 2.2 kg plastic bucket. This is absolutely no longer possible these days. As consumers finally take environmental protection to heart and actively help to improve the situation, they are falling back into an age-old pattern. Incomprehensible! We love Oswald products more than anything and they have been in our kitchen for almost decades.

But the price difference between Switzerland and Germany is probably not quite manageable.

We ordered again this week in Germany and the price difference to Switzerland was over 60% (in Germany we still received a 10% discount).

We have been ordering in Germany for some time and have never received a web call or email.

That Switzerland is more expensive than the EU is undisputed and I would also be willing to pay a slightly higher price, but not 60%!

I hope that Oswald Switzerland will rethink its pricing policy and also think of Swiss citizens.

It is always asked by phone if you need any product even though I have said X times that I do NOT want to be called again. Today someone calls me again and I told him again ..
I still placed an order because I wanted to do an online one for the days.
When asked, the consultant says that I do not have to pay shipping costs. I then received the order confirmation by email and lo and behold, I was charged the shipping costs.
I then called customer service and was thrown out of line every time.

While the product quality is superp, I cannot recommend ordering at the Oswald Online Shop. After ordering a while ago, I continue getting harassed by annoying telephone and Email advertisement, despite having clearly communicated to delete my credentials including the phone number.
In addition, the online shop is not working to todays standards in responsiveness and clear structure and layout. It doesn't translate well to the phone browser either.

The product quality may be very good, but I still cannot recommend ordering in the online shop. Although I have expressly advised not to bother me with advertising by telephone or email, I am always contacted.
