After my first order, I was plagued by advertising...

After my first order, I was plagued by advertising calls and always said that I do not want to make any more calls. Then I was assured that I was removed from all lists, which was not the case. More calls followed and when I called Oswald directly and talked to the person in charge of sales / marketing, they offered me a call back, which never took place.

Instead of an apology or a concession, after my last mail was the statement that I was now set to inactive.

A joke as Oswald deals with its customers - my tip: Do not place an order.

There are alternatives that are almost as good and cost a lot less.
