Very very bad customer service!

Very very bad customer service!
It is always asked by phone if you need any product even though I have said X times that I do NOT want to be called again. Today someone calls me again and I told him again ..
I still placed an order because I wanted to do an online one for the days.
When asked, the consultant says that I do not have to pay shipping costs. I then received the order confirmation by email and lo and behold, I was charged the shipping costs.
I then called customer service and was thrown out of line every time.
