A spice shaker is never with Oswald, although it is promised. So I always have to take out my grilling spice 600 gram tin and season the meat with a coffee spoon. That should be customer service. Even after repeated requests from customer service and customer advisors, nothing could be done. Oswald is no longer an issue for me. A longstanding customer.
I think the spices without glutamates etc. are just great!

Ordered something years ago and since then no rest. Although we have repeatedly pointed out that we no longer want calls and that we want to be deleted from the customer base, we keep getting calls (up to three times a day!)
I will certainly no longer buy Oswald products and warn my friends and acquaintances about this company!
The broth is made in Switzerland and costs half in Germany. This is a clear rip off, resp. Skimming off purchasing power. Dear Oswald, it makes sense in the short term, in the long term you only harm yourself!
This company is a cheek. Once you order something, you will be bothered for years by phone and email. Logging out is apparently not possible. I recently wrote an email that they should no longer call me and delete them from all systems. Now I have received an email that I have successfully subscribed to the newsletter. I would never again register for anything with this company. I hope somebody does something against such machinations, because that's legally not ok.
Good food, top quality but very expensive, marketing well ... often very intrusive when calling by phone!
Intrusive advertising phone calls, only in French when called back to complain! talking, helpless staff in the home office. Thanks Oswald, that's how you get rid of your customers ...!
Has ordered an olive oil x years ago since that point I am bothered by this company. The calls at home and in business require my employees to call me back as if it is an important business appointment. I had asked several times on the phone that my address be removed from the card, apparently that is not being done. Today I get another personal letter by post. Apparently my data has still not been deleted from this register.
I think all Oswald marinades are very tasty. Unfortunately, they are now being offered in doses which I find inconvenient and wasteful. The earlier bags were much more practical and there was no residue left in the packaging.
I would give zero stars if I could. As a trained chef I could puke at the price / performance ratio.
