My sister my niece and myself had tea, sandwiches and 1 glass of wine in this hotel on monday 4th november. The sandwiches were mediocre, to put it kindly. We were charged almost 50 euro, which was a total rip off. I would never recommend d this hotel to anybody.

Starting with the positive, the staff. Very nice and couldn't fault them.
The hotel itself is in need of a makeover. The carpets are worn and smelly and the rooms are outdated and shabby also. Breakfast was nicely presented but the quality of the produce was poor.

Stayed here with my partner on 27th of December the bar food wasn t the best and also when we went to pay the staff didn t know how to work the till waited over 20 minutes to pay, when we went for our breakfast we had to wait at the bar for a seat that was another 25 minutes wait then to be cramped with another family at the table! Will not be returning

I am finally posting a review after the 5th time I have stayed at the Osprey. The hotel has been amazing! Very accommodating and hospitable. The bar/restaurant has an excellent staff! The new menu is fantastic! I am constantly traveling here on business so I play to stay here often! I highly recommend it.

Room was fine, bathroom lovely. Good breakfast. We went to a wedding near by and arrived back at 2.30 am. There were three bouncer like bar staff who were very intimidating and unfriendly, I felt like we were miss behaving by coming home so late or trying to get into an exclusive night club. Also there was a bad smell in the lobby and bar area

Really nice place. Rooms are great if a little tired. Staff are really friendly and food is excellent. Attended a wedding and stayed overnight. The food and service at the wedding was outstanding.

Really gone down hill especially the spa anything breaks like the coldroom never fixed staff are more interested in going home than people using the facility. Really disappointed as this used to be the best leisure centre/spa in Kildare so really disappointed it has gone this way. Sorry but this place used to be so brilliant and can be again if they put the client first

Excellent hotel!! We had a large family room that had a large balcony outside. There was a water fountain outside receiption which was just below our window and it was very relaxing to listen to it in the afternoon. The staff were both friendly and helpful and they were efficient in serving food, which was very tasty. The pool was a little cooler than expected but it was quiet and perfect for family fun!!

Lovely hotel. Stayed for the week as local to all the surrounding race courses which we go to. Room was large, airy and bright & Bed was very comfort. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Spa facilities, gym and swimming pool. Although we didn't eat lunch or dinner there, the breakfast had good choices and the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Catherine who was a lovely lady and extremely kind to us. We would certainty stay here again when we next visit in 2020.

Luxury hotel near the center of Naas. With transport the door and taxis available. It has sauna and spa for guests. Restaurant and bar open to the public. It is in the countryside with several green areas in the surroundings, including some horses. Ideal for relaxing on the weekend.

Wonderful atmosphere, good food and a nice range of dining options. There's a coffee bar with plenty of sweet treats (very fresh pastry) if you fancy something light, as well as a bar and bistro for carvery lunch and dinner, plus the Herald & Devoy restaurant which is bright and airy, suitable for special occasions and serves a fantastic array of well-chosen and well-balanced dishes.

The hotel itself has a very striking interior, contemporary and bright, with a sweeping circular design, but also has some classic interior design and mid-century influences.

Plenty of parking on-site, including a large underground carpark as well above ground parking.

Finally, the staff are friendly, polite and at once professional and informal. Highly recommend.

It's a great hotel if you are coming for a holiday and fun. But as a business hotel it requires some improvement. Room service options are poor and food choices are very limited catering to Irish mainly. I enjoyed the food as well but if you are staying for a month you need variety.

Room was ground level and had a stairway down two flights once you enter the main door of your room. The bed was beside a car park where anyone could park 10feet from you. There is a door out to this carpark too so if you are nervous, be sure to ask for a different room. Bathroom needed touching up but was nice and big and bed comfy. We had booked our room and spa treatments but our room was so far away from the spa. It was something of an ordeal up and down stairs and lifts to get to where we needed to go for our massages and then back down for the spa. Spa area (steam rooms etc.) required cleaning. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Food was ok but selection could be better. One member of bar staff a little rude and went missing quite a bit (it wasn't very busy) but when I said it to him he seemed to take it on board. Breakfast was very good and staff at breakfast very welcoming and in great spirits at 7am. They increased my rating.
