good location in the center of Milan and convenient with bus and metro connections. unfortunately bad experiences with the birth of my son where I had to threaten to call the carabinieri if they did not move to do a cesarean, since my wife was now in labor for 24h; it was night and the anesthesiologist was missing ....; then after a few years I went for my surgery where, after an acceptance with totally rude receptionists especially with the elderly, the surgery was wrong in the operating room: the doctor who was going to operate me noticed during the interview before the operation . after the surgery I received visits with arrogant and rude urologists who wanted me to do things that I didn't want to do and that I didn't do. mostly inexperienced and almost sadistic nurses who intervened incorrectly - insertion of catheters without lubricant and of enormous size .... - obviously after the operation I had complications for about 6 months after the surgery and perhaps still now after a few year I suffer. conclusion: stay away ....

The gynecology / obstetrics and neonatology department is wonderful. We had our little girl a week ago and they have been of extraordinary availability, professionalism and empathy.
The midwife who followed us into the delivery room was phenomenal, as were the rest of the staff, from the anesthesiologist to the neonatologists to the nurses. They followed us with great care even during the hospitalization after the birth.
They met our every request and guided us with great professionalism.
We are deeply grateful to everyone!

DON'T COME TO BUFF FOR COVID!

DON'T COME TO BUFF FOR COVID!
125 euros to wait 5 hours, to see people pass by "why yes". they have ONLY ONE room in the whole hospital to take swabs and most of all I was told that I would have the results online 24 hours later. It's been 40 and I'm still waiting !!!! I risk being positive and they force me to go and get the results myself, infecting other people. Moreover, I lost 3 days of work because of them, you can see that they are all salaried. In 2020, you are ridiculous

On May 19th I booked a private glucose breath test for the following June 4th. On the day of the exam I go to the reception and pay the due everything seems fine, they show me to go to the ground floor collection room.
The staff in the collection room at my request to take the test is amazed: 'these tests have been stopped for some time'
Example of bad organization. They can't tell me it's a critical moment. In fa if booking who knew and who did not? Why didn't anyone check and not warn me later?
Who organizes the appointments must be hunted! The San Giuseppe has closed with me.

Useless to go there me and mine friend waited there for 1 hours just to get first aid. I don't how come these people do their jobs I ask the guy over there once he replied I will call you I don't know there is not even single person in emergency and these guys are gossiping with each other rather than attending someone. It's really very bad experience to go to emergency in hospital.

I was operated on for the removal of a large cyst in the left kidney that compressed the ureter, I was hospitalized for 3 days, excellent assistance from all the nursing and non-medical staff, kindness, courtesy and professionalism, the doctor who gave me operated, Dr. Naselli came to see me the afternoon of the surgery and described the progress of the operation, great professionalism. I did various exams including ultrasound and CT scan in addition to visits to the Urology clinic, an organization that works, an environment in my opinion excellent, thank you very much.

My wife with an evident fracture in radiography made through the emergency department, is diagnosed by the emergency doctor first on another bone and the next day (after the hand surgery department has reduced the fracture and plastered the limb, this is a nice department with capable and attentive people) is still diagnosed in the emergency room as a bruise, then white code and payment of .25.
I try to contact the Health Department, then I have the idea of going to the lawyer.

I made an eye examination and was surprised by the dedication that doctors and orthoptists have had. They followed and visited me meticulously, checking everything. Beyond the normal eye examination. I congratulate all the staff of the Ophthalmology department.

A truly commendable first aid. Available to immediately accept a yellow code, compared to other sold-out hospitals, in 12 hours they stabilized my mother's parameters and admitted her to the ward. In ten days she was really discharged. Excellent in the sensibility and in the communication the specialist of the PS present the afternoon of the admission and the following morning. Thank you!

Treatment of relapsing pnx carried out in the aforesaid hospital ... The staff of the operating room after a day fasting before the second operation scheduled for the night of halloween wanted to postpone the operation to the last "to go to celebrate" textual words of the staff in operating room ... After several pressures the operation was carried out even though the surgeons had to postpone the festivities for a few hours ...
In addition, foreign staff seem much more qualified than the Italian staff who proves problematic on a personal level and really unorganized and poorly qualified for the work he does or at least should do ...

I was one day, 9 hours of waiting, in the emergency room, unable to finally reach my turn.
Let me explain better, from the afternoon I waited all night, in white code. The point was that almost all the people were given a white code, and they were NOT people with a white code. This meant long waits, to get to the point of leaving, and within a quarter of an hour he had settled in another hospital.
I'm sorry, but so it was

Unfortunately I am forced to give a star because there is not less. At first glance the hospital looks modern and well maintained, but just wait 50 minutes at the CUP to make the acceptance that you realize the disorganization and lack of desire to work of some of the counter staff. in the clinic we notice a certain arrogance and rudeness of the staff and little predisposition to human relationships. I highly recommend most of the staff seen today to change jobs and to respect human beings more especially those who are sick and in pain .. This will be the last time we come!

I tell my experience in the emergency room: first of all, this volunteer who wanders around the waiting room - complete with a lab coat and a tag - telling patients that illnesses are the cause of what we were in the previous life and handing out invitations to his conferences. ..then once they take you to the "outhouse" none of the relatives can enter, and they treat you with coldness and carelessness, and have an unfriendly and hasty attitude ...

I go to the reception to book an ultrasound. It's 15.40. In front of me there are 50 people waiting to book. The calls are all x acceptances and it is not clear with what criteria they are made. At 5 pm all the staff at the desks disappear and only two people remain. At 18.15 I leave xke I still have 19 people in front of me. I have no words. In other structures I would have solved everything in up to an hour. Unfortunately, the doctor I want to do ultrasound with works here. Or I have the alternative of private practice with significant expense increase. I'd say there's no point in keeping desktops open until late when there isn't enough staff to meet user demand. However, as far as I'm concerned, with this structure I have closed.

A hell. Covid protocols not respected everywhere. Crowds and gatherings. Employees who give wrong directions for lack of organization. Then elderly people who are not self-sufficient forced to remain alone in the doctor's office and then get lost not finding the carer. It is clear that if you give more appointments than admissible then you create trouble.

A thought of infinite gratitude to prof. Paolo Nucci and dr. Massimiliano Serafino of the University Ophthalmology Clinic of the San Giuseppe Hospital in Milan, who with superior competence, genius and humanity in one intervention completely healed my son Matteo from a strong strabismus complicated by a serious double vision. Special thanks to all the collaborators of prof. Nucci for the preparation and expertise shown in carrying out their profession. Finally, a sincere thanks and appreciation to the San Giuseppe Hospital as a whole, where we found decorum, cleanliness, kindness and competence. Renzo Iannone

Horrible experience. On Sunday I went to the emergency room of this hospital with a friend of mine who had complained of severe pain in the stomach for two days, had vomited until the previous night, had a fever and was very weak. The triage nurse assigned her a white code and asked me why I didn't give her a painkiller, completely ignoring the part of "she also rejected the soul and we have already given her an anti-vomit without results". After hours of waiting, at some point she started to tremble on the verge of convulsions and finally they decided to let her pass. They visited her, kept her in the emergency room all night and sent her home with antibiotics the next day claiming that it was a gut and colon infection. She still had excruciating pain and a fever at 40. She was operated on urgently for peritonitis at another hospital last night. Never again.

Terrifying first aid !! Hallucinating personal experience !! Total disorganization, lack of medical staff, extremely stressed and unfortunately rude nurses, perhaps as a consequence of stress. Hallucinatory expectations and managed without any criteria and no information! I never would have thought if I hadn't lived it on my skin that in such a beautiful and central area of such a rich city there could be first aid places for the citizen like this! ! ! Opt for other first aid since Milan offers such a large number!

Unable to contact the Multimedia Cup. The line falls, not even the recorded voice is heard. I told the lady in acceptance of radiology at St. Joseph (among other things snort all and they are all annoyed already early in the morning) and told me to report the thing to the Cup, we see that I thought I had so much time to lose to queue at the cup to make the report. But I say, if you work for a company and get an alert, maybe it would be enough to dial an internal number and alert those in duty. But do not give a damn about anyone, not even to make the boat you're traveling well on. In short, you are forced to book visits only online without talking to anyone and accepting the assignment of the visit or examination in random days and times. Lastly, if you need the elevator for walking problems or because you have prams or pushchairs, make the sign of the cross and wait patiently even half an hour because the elevators will arrive at your floor already full of people going up to go down and go down to go up. Something must be reviewed ???

Bad experience: booked gastroscopy 3 months earlie...

Bad experience: booked gastroscopy 3 months earlier just to get it in this hospital that they had recommended. I waited 2 hours more than the appointment time (I repeat taken 3 months earlier). I had signed the forms for the administration of the anesthetic and I confirmed this decision to the doctor (unfortunately I don't remember the name, it's just to be forgotten) so as not to feel pain. They gave me what they had to (at least it seemed to me) but the doctor submitted me to the examination without verifying that the anesthesia had effect (I heard her say: it's late, let's sneak it is lunchtime). I was very vigilant and I was taken by surprise I had spasms and the doctor removed the tube from my throat, aggressively yelling at me and telling me to stay still. I calmly told her that the anesthesia had not taken, she asked me aggressively if she had to do more (but can you?) I clearly said yes, she ordered a little something to the nurse who tinkered with the butterfly inserted in the arm but after pochisismo I reinserted the tube, Clearly I was completely awake and I did the raw examination suffering even if my decision was to be anesthetized, I had the 2 nurses on me who blocked me for spasms and she who kept terrorizing me saying that if I didn't stay still it would hurt me. Nightmare experience. Incompetence and rudeness (if you can say so) of the doctor. NEVER AGAIN'

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS. I took my wife to the emergency room at the end of June for pain in the intestine, the lady at the reception after making an x-ray vision diagnosis said "lady she has nothing, I give her the white code so she pays and until tomorrow at 8 no one will visit her ".... (it was 10 pm), since my wife was crying with pain and nervousness I decided to take her to the humanitas in Rozzano, taken charge that evening and operated 2 days later.

6 October 2020

6 October 2020
Organization like buffoons, they have no respect for people and especially for patients, without any notice for a few days they changed the booking method, in the morning only those from internal doctors' requests made on the same day and in the afternoon the others, however even if you are patients with chronic and severe diseases will not have any adequate treatment.
All this without any sign indicating it.
Then oh well the arrogance and the lack of a counter where you can simply ask for information.

Horrendous experience. Arriving at the emergency room around 14 for a 6 hour wait, I saw unprofessional nurses, unpleasant and very accommodated despite the different people in the waiting room. I've heard several complaints from other patients in the hours I spent waiting for my turn, but I prefer to stop in my experience. When it came my turn, I invite you to come in for a visit, and there, I saw a terrifying scene. A patient who had to be transferred to another department, in an attempt to get up to sit in her wheelchair, fell to the floor, because the nurse who had to help her had turned her back to laugh and joke with her colleagues, despite the affair the lady was also scolded. After my exit from the team my turn came. I'm just saying it's the first and last time he came in, I was treated coldly and if I can even afford a bit of violence. Please and I advise you not to enter this place, never seen anything like it.

I am an out-of-home student returning from a two-week trip to ASIA, I go to the hospital with a lot of facial pain, 2 days of antibiotic in the back, high fever for 4 days. The front desk guy probably did not even listen to me because he just sent me from the window. But the most absurd thing is that I have not been done blood tests after a trip like that. If this is Lombard health, I think it's better for me to come back to Liguria.

Very bad experience I started having skin problems...

Very bad experience I started having skin problems, dermatitis, the dermatologist of via pace hospital prescribes an allergy examination + test to check if it is due to allergies. I booked a private visit allergy cost 107.00 with Dr. Bianchi Patrizia, the doctor has only seen made earlier visits, saw the stains of dermatitis that I had on the body, but he told me he could not get me the tests in St. Joseph, but I had to give them to the multimedia of Castellanza, and that I had to resume an appointment with her by repaying a visit and a test because in San Giuseppe she works only on Saturday instead in Castellanza from Monday to Friday. So 20 minutes of private tour 107.00 wading cards, write me that it was rash and had to do a test in other structure. Easy to earn money on the shoulders of patients like this !!! , maybe I'll write a letter to the health director to let him know how I was paid for my medical services. With little professionalism, availability, attention for a patient !! And then they say that the private is better instead of the national health service. What a shame!!!

In the emergency room they diagnosed me with one thing for another (because they did not immediately do an ultrasound, which was necessary). One nurse also made fun of me, claiming I had a low pain threshold.
Fortunately, on the same day I went to another hospital given the constant pain, where they made me the necessary checks that revealed a decidedly different diagnosis.

If it had not been for the bad experience with the triagista, I would have added a few stars to my first aid presentation ... because of the white code that put me after an altercation, I spent 12 hours at P.S. with 180 of pressure and vertigo, which I do not see justifiable! .. especially because during the long wait, discharged at about 21, the neurological service has finished and gone, so I was discharged without a full assessment and with the same vertigo! .. I cursed those who had advised me to go there.

It is evident and now known to most that the emergency room of this structure does not work. First of all, due to the rude bad creation of the children who persist in putting on acceptance, diminishing, devaluing and discrediting the severity of the symptoms, perpetually passed to white code. If a person goes to the emergency room on December 26 at 10 in the evening (with a general practitioner clearly absent for obvious Christmas closing reasons), he CANNOT and MUST NOT be told that the hospital is not the best place to be measured the fever, questioning the veracity of the information expressed by the patient (I was accompanying a person who in addition to 39 of fever was in a confusional state and had delusions, vomiting, migraine, photophobia, etc ...).
The point is very clear if I can NEVER interface with this structure anymore. It would be appropriate to hear some reporters ......
