We arrived at 20:00, the nurse has absolutely looked at the hand of my girlfriend. We waited until 9.10pm to have her x-rayed (we were the only people waiting) and even at that moment they looked at her hand. We stayed there until 10.30 pm when the doctor called her to tell her that there was no hand surgeon and that she could not tell her if she was broken or not because it is not her job. So we had to wait another 15 minutes because the resign without giving her the X-rays.

We were sent here from another diagnostic center, saying that only here they can solve our problem (the child has a fracture after careless removal of the cast in that center).
