Bad experience: booked gastroscopy 3 months earlie...

Bad experience: booked gastroscopy 3 months earlier just to get it in this hospital that they had recommended. I waited 2 hours more than the appointment time (I repeat taken 3 months earlier). I had signed the forms for the administration of the anesthetic and I confirmed this decision to the doctor (unfortunately I don't remember the name, it's just to be forgotten) so as not to feel pain. They gave me what they had to (at least it seemed to me) but the doctor submitted me to the examination without verifying that the anesthesia had effect (I heard her say: it's late, let's sneak it is lunchtime). I was very vigilant and I was taken by surprise I had spasms and the doctor removed the tube from my throat, aggressively yelling at me and telling me to stay still. I calmly told her that the anesthesia had not taken, she asked me aggressively if she had to do more (but can you?) I clearly said yes, she ordered a little something to the nurse who tinkered with the butterfly inserted in the arm but after pochisismo I reinserted the tube, Clearly I was completely awake and I did the raw examination suffering even if my decision was to be anesthetized, I had the 2 nurses on me who blocked me for spasms and she who kept terrorizing me saying that if I didn't stay still it would hurt me. Nightmare experience. Incompetence and rudeness (if you can say so) of the doctor. NEVER AGAIN'
