A thought of infinite gratitude to prof. Paolo Nucci and dr. Massimiliano Serafino of the University Ophthalmology Clinic of the San Giuseppe Hospital in Milan, who with superior competence, genius and humanity in one intervention completely healed my son Matteo from a strong strabismus complicated by a serious double vision. Special thanks to all the collaborators of prof. Nucci for the preparation and expertise shown in carrying out their profession.
