I go to the reception to book an ultrasound. It's 15.40. In front of me there are 50 people waiting to book. The calls are all x acceptances and it is not clear with what criteria they are made. At 5 pm all the staff at the desks disappear and only two people remain. At 18.15 I leave xke I still have 19 people in front of me. I have no words. In other structures I would have solved everything in up to an hour. Unfortunately, the doctor I want to do ultrasound with works here. Or I have the alternative of private practice with significant expense increase. I'd say there's no point in keeping desktops open until late when there isn't enough staff to meet user demand. However, as far as I'm concerned, with this structure I have closed.
