I have been working in this Company as Associate Company Secretary from more than 1 year & had a great experience, and I have a high opinion of the Osmosys environment which I got from the span of about 1 year. I really appreciate the opportunities which were provided to me during my tenure in the organization . PROS: 1. Friendly environment; 2. No politics; 3. Salary on time CEO and Chairman of the Company is an amazing boss, more than a boss he is a friend and guide, I am really obliged for such a golden chance to work under him in this Company.
What to say about this company, there is no dignity stupid micro management, silly politics and stupid reasons for not to give hike. this company not even deserve single star.

Friendly environment in company but not much talented employees
waste company with out informing interview details before, they are rejecting if we have gap between degree and job without taking interview, no intimation nothing. atleast they have to mention in the requirement ryt.

u r fresher ....then plzz dont go .. they will not giving value to frrshers ...its wastage of time....1st they will put u in GD then select 4 to 5 out of 30 who has great experienced in english ...they will not see ur technical skills ....recruiting fresher but taking only expreanced persons.....

Just a normal company.Parking fee is being collected by a guy standing near the bikes.And the lift is worst part I have ever seen.And the surrounding area is not so good.

Good company but you should aware of what they are doing? And my only concern is timings you may have to work for 14 hrs or 15 hrs, fresher's please don't join they will ask for Bond and if you agreed then you have to work for 15hrs a day
