Although the venue fits lots of people (my event was around 1500 well seated and had space for at least 500 more), the place had a real bad smell of rodents or something to that effect, many of the attendees felt uncomfortable.

... clean room, free parking, next to the tulip/flower fields, short drive to interesting spots, away from the hustle and bustle of busy cities, friendly staff. it's in the middle of nowhere so be aware of that. we stayed here due to a planned visit to Keukenhof which was a straightforward drive from the hotel.

Hotel comes very kill about the type of empty Schiphol crossing old people's home,
There is a stale smell everywhere

The room very warm even with the window open 1500 hours window open next morning still 21 degrees and yes the heater was off! ??!?

Breakfast was good nothing special.

Overpriced hotel

Great hotel. Ample free parking. We had a room with new beds but I didn't think the bed was super. Excellent breakfast. Staff are not sure what to do. There is still much to be gained there. I think an employee who wipes the dining table and chairs with the same cleaning cloth is special.

Had a nice stay with a good breakfast. Entrance is neat and up to date ... Until you get off the elevator and go back in time a few years ago .. hallway and rooms are outdated but neat and clean. Beds are too hard.

All in all, had a great stay. With a large swimming pool!

The oversized hotel is beyond imagination, the lobby is spacious and the restaurant is lively. However, when I entered the room, I found that it was not the case. A small room like a bird cage. I was too small to squeeze into two people. The settings in the room were somewhat broken and not repaired. I was disappointed. I really want to leave now.

They were very well organized in the Corona period. Breakfast was great, I had no concerns. The location was also good. We were quickly on the beach.
Points were deducted only for the bed, which was absolutely okay for a weekend, but a bit hard. But of course the rooms were very clean.

Great hotel, but keep in mind that it is a conference center. The rooms are clearly more focused on large numbers of guests than on quality. Our room was also quite narrow and there was little light coming in through a tree in front of our fairly small window.

For the rest, the rooms were nice and clean and the check in / out went smoothly. A mini fridge in the room would be handy.

The hotel is lovely. Vast is certainly a good word to describe it's sprawling size. Contained within it are plenty of excellent amenities including a pool, bowling alley and small shop. The food is above par and once you workout where you're allowed to buy which wines, the wine list is offers a decent choice. However, the rooms on offer seemed to vary hugely from one to the next. Some had air conditioning, others had rudimentary air blowers over radiators which did nothing for the recent discomfort during the heatwave; some had a very sizeable bedroom but cramped wetroom set up whereas others had barely an inch between single beds but a bathroom where both occupants could shower both simultaneously but geographically separate from one another. This led to a feeling that while the whole complex was of a good standard the variance in room quality let it down. That being said the staff were generally hard working and while food service was sometimes panic-inducingly slow everyone was as friendly and helpful as they could be. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Great Hotel. Everything you need to spend the night in a city where you do not live to travel or for a business trip. Some staff a bit nasty but the nice friendly staff make this twice as good!

Huge hotel and conference center. Rooms are very nicely renovated. Great staff, all very warm. Restaurant / bar also very nice modern and still comfortable. The burger was awesome! There is a bike rental service for guests and in 10 minutes you are on the beach. Happy again!

A seriously big place in a somewhat remote location. Make sure you have access to transport, be it a car or bicycles (which can be rented at reception). Obviously geared towards very large groups but in Corona days catering to tourists.
Room was nice with airconditioning (albeit with the most non-intuitive operation panel.
Staff was very good in maintaining Covod-19 discipline.
Sometimes long ques at reception. Serious confusion over the bicycles we rented and had returned well before deadline. To then receive a phonecall telling us we were to late and when we'd be bringing the bikes back. Hhhmmm, seems internal communication going wrong.

Very very large hotel. Neatly tidy. Large nice room, little decoration.
The beds are really hard. Hardly being able to sleep because of the pain in my body.
Very rich breakfast.
Great starting point for cycling (to the sea).

Good rooms, good clean. Rooms are not intended for long term stays but are excellent for the night or an afternoon nap before going out. To the beach 20 min by bike or 45 min walk (taxi is a better alternative 15-20).

Large complex that exudes tranquility. Staff is professional and nice. Breakfast is perfect (even in corona solution). Bar is cozy. Perfect price / quality for a few days at the beach.

Booked by phone, very friendly staff, everything went smoothly.
Stay was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Got a free late check out so I could check out at 5pm instead of 12pm.
I can recommend it to everyone.

Attended conference during 3 days. Good conference room with plenty of space. Good coffee breaks. Horrible internet, 100 mb download per day, really? Typical dutch lunch, i.e. sandwiches and no properly cooked food... Very few options regarding transport to the place.

Attended for a workshop near Leidan. Location is nice but a bit far from where I needed to go each day. Puplic transport is available but its not the best. Rooms were fairly stamdard. Food was pricey for what it was and considerong the location you were forced to eat there anyway. Staff very helpful.
