I was referred to Dr Ludwig for a knee injury. From check in to check out, this office is top notch professional. Dr Ludwig explained my injury, advised me of the arthroscopy procedure he would be doing, informed me of post op expectations. He put both me and my wife at ease. The PA, Kara Pratt, took her time to tell us step by step instructions for events prior to and of surgery day. I also need to mention his nurse...I had explained to her the importance of submitting the physicians notes ASAP for my short term disability. I could tell that I d given her a tall order since they are so busy and she said she would do what she could but couldn t promise. Well, she had them delivered well before the deadline!!
