My doctor is always attentive and listens to my problems. I have Dr. Falatyn in the spine area and he is awesome! He has already done 2 back surgeries on me. It just seems like every time I go in there, I get Melanie at the front desk. If you ever get her, DONT! She is rude and doesn t know how to talk to people. She just has an attitude when she talks to you. I don t have time for people like that. I dread first walking in because of her. I would of definitely gave OAA 5 stars but I didn t because of Melanie.
