The staff are much professional and helpful than the Doki branch.

Staff are pleasant and smiling, much better than dokki branch. I went there for flat foot shoe inserts for me and my 9 years old son. We had it done in 45 minutes after the measurements were taken. The inserts require maintenance every 3 months and the first time is free. Subsequent maintenance costs 100 EGP. They should be changed after 1 year. We just had them for one month now so we will see how it goes. But till now I am really happy with the service they provided.
