When hired I was told there was no weekends however not true one lie number to slow you can go home not true no teamwork poor communication absolutely no chance to make extra money salary no vacation time your time has to be earned PTO management does not know the holiday schedule it was time for me to move on

The claims of them not paying your bonus, yeah they never did until I reminded them but then said because I'm quitting I'd forfeit it. I called about that now there paying all of it. It almost seems like a game they play.
I did buffalo two day run, it turned into painted post which is 4-5 hours out then two back to deliver a stop by buffalo and then buffalo. That's not buffalo. Then it turned into second half of the week I randomly had to start going to Syracuse the second half of the week. Then they picked up customers a hour east of Syracuse. It's just a joke. They can tell you what they wanna hire you for but castle wants something, TQ is all over it regardless of what they hired you for. I wouldn't recommend. Lots of stops and lots of loads loaded by people in castle who don't brains.
Worst company I've ever worked for, stepfather passed away and Jerry Gibson told me I couldn't miss and if I did I was fired so I quit then go clean my truck out and found out jerry stolen everything from my truck most dishonest guy to have any dealing with
