I called at 8 am spoke with Shelby in the service department told her my car wouldn't start at 9:15 a service Technician called and told me he was outside, he gave me a boost off I followed him to Orr Cadillac got me a new battery, electronic check, and a car wash in under 1 and a half hours great service !!!
