Worst airport. Dread it everytime. Security check is the most unorganized I have ever seen. Everytime. I look for any airport I can go to besides this one. This is a last resort.

TSA agents were a tad rude and pushy but the lines moved quickly so at least they were effective especially after the Fourth of July holiday. Plenty of restaurants and shops, nice layout and monorail was a nice touch. Overall I was impressed.
The Cellphone Parking Lot is extremely convenient. Clean Bathroom, and they have Arrival, just like inside the Terminal.
Dirty, smelly restrooms. Lay-out of the airport is not that great. Baggage claim is in another entirely different terminal.
Horribly long wait at the security line. It's apparent they can't handle a large volume of travelers. You take a train to the terminal and baggage areas. Not well thought out.
I was asked repeatedly by a handicapped personnel to move even though there was plenty of space in front of me and in the other line for the handicapped passengers to board. Meanwhile the people behind me and next to me were not asked to move. I believe it was partially because I am Asian.
It is already stressful flying and this situation didn't make it much better.
The attitude is fairly poor. I will most likely not return if I can help it.
Terrible service, arrive extremely early because no one is in any kind of hurry to do their job. Be prepared to stand in line forever maybe longer! Currently I have been standing in this line for about an hour and a half. Two people running the check in counter and the line isn t moving. Bring two meals, you will miss at least that many! Holy cow I m finally at the counter!
I arrived to this airport with ample time. Their security is disorderly. They had two sets of eight lines set up to check tickets and IDs which all funneled into ONE LINE. I waited between the TSA ticket/ID checkpoint and the security screening for an hour and 20 minutes. Everyone thought they would be missing their flights. Finally, in order to get everyone through, they had to compromise security and called in a dog to check everyone en masse. It was an uncomfortable and very stressful situation.
The remote parking shuttle service is the worst. I am always waiting 20 to 25 minutes for a shuttle for the south remote lot. The north lot will have 3 vans come to 1 for the south lot!!
This is one of the worst Airports IMO; you need to check in at least 2 hours in advance. With as many terminals and flights coming and going through this airport, the line for security was horrible! We waited in line for about an hour. About 5-10 minutes into the line we realized another line was merging into our line. As big as this airport is, it was very easy for us to navigate where to go. Bathrooms could of used some help. Every employee we came across were friendly and helpful.
Most of the shops and food places are closed by 530.
This airport is a pleasure to visit. It's clean, staff is friendly, there are plenty of dining options, USB charging everywhere and free WiFi. If I was stuck somewhere, I'd rather it be here than some other airports I've been to.
Very efficient airport and good customer service . If you are to return a car rental pls come early as it is super busy
The airport is busy. There are two terminals. Good luck finding the person you're picking up.
Very Clean and Taking All Social Distancing Precautions
When you arrive here its the start of the holiday , i can even forgive them the queues .
They allow your car service to pick u up without no problem. Fight was smooth.
You re TSA people are HORRIBLE people. My 8 year old had to go to the bathroom while we were waiting in your horribly disorganized security lines for 45 minutes. I told you re TSA agents and they said their was nothing the could do. So my child ended up having diarrhea in their pants. While trying to rush through to at least get to a bathroom to clean him up, another of your TSA agents made a point to tell me the the Packer suck while walking past me because I was wearing a Green Bay Packer jersey. What a horrible experience because of your completely ignorant and incompetent TSA employees. The people here really need a better education...
Not enough social distancing restrictions in airplane terminal.
Mco is a great wonder....how they manage millions of travelers with ease and speed, all without losing their hospitality!
The airport was nice and quite large. However, Spirit Airlines once again ruined the experience for us and made traveling quite frustrating.
Taking the queue .... to go through customs ... the rest is great!
Great as it should be.
In the USA, everything works correctly, unlike other countries ...
Very good customer service and very efficient the way their employees work.
Very clean and well organized. Never ending expansion going on for a long time.
1 place to get food before you board not even a water fountain. Or a place that sells drinks. Dallas fort wort has a restaurant and plenty of places boarding area looked kinda dark and gloomy but the rest rooms were pretty clean
One of the best airports In traveled through. Only downside are the check in lines. Could be better navigated. Pre-check is even a mess.
Security was the most disorganized I've ever seen, and to top that they were extremely rude. Worst airport ever, I will go out of my way to avoid it next time.
Just landed in Orlando its my first late flight had the chance to see how shinny it is at night .
Now that I have travelled a great amount, I can compare the quality of airports to each other and it be a relevant review. The bathroom smell and cleanliness is unacceptable. MCO is a large airport that is largely funded as well, during a global pandemic especially, clean your restrooms more than once a day......
We did some world travel this last week. I have zero complaints about this place. It is awesome. They have coffee. There are plenty of chairs. They have coffee. People are not stacked on each other. They have coffee. And the coffee is good.
Hardly anyone there today. So nice. No lines, just walk right thru almost everything.
I'm writing this review while currently waiting on my delayed flight due to the pilot not showing up.... first off MCO airport is ridiculously unorganized. You walk in, wait 30 minutes in a crowd of people (not a line) to finally get to the boarding pass check, since it's a crowd and not a line you get shuffled around so it does not matter if you were there before the people that are now in front of you.... Second step! Show your boarding pass and get in another crowd to go through security checkpoints.... now while this may sound or even look simple at first glance, that would be too good to be true. So here you get in a line that is about 10 people wide x 10 people in length, (crowd) now this line does not travel straight like most lines.... no. This line travels in the shape of a sideways "S". But imagine the center of that "S" being another opening where a another crowd of 10 x 10 people come into your already existing line. Now once these 2 crowds of people meet, its complete chaos, people arguing over their spot and complaining about people breaking in front. (In my head I'm thinking break in front of what??) Its not a line, just utter chaos. Follow the remainder of this confusing "S" security check line to be yelled at and told to hurry up and move "this way" by a security person monitoring this line. Now this person yells at everybody in line like they should know what to do... when he sees this daily and us travelers are currently overwhelmed by the way this airport operates. So you just "go where you think he means" and continue. Finally you come to the security table where you must remove electronics, shoes, etc. and put your bag through the security check. Then you must walk through a body machine to check your person. (This is where it gets tricky) when you come out. Your bag may or may not come out with you.... in my case, it did not. They told me I'm good to go.... but I'm not good to go because now my luggage has disappeared. No one tells me where it went or where I should go to find it. I walk around like an idiot looking for my bags to finally see a woman holding my backpack. I walked up and pointed at it and she brought it to me asking if it was mine. I said "it sure does look like it" security proceeded to tell me that they were going to check my bag and asked me if there was anything they should know about before hand. I told them that I had some donuts in my bag and I hope they don't get eaten. They didn't find my joke funny, looked through my bag finding nothing wrong or illegal and sent me on my way... now I'm here waiting on my flight that was suppose to leave at 11 but got delayed until 1. Oh and if your a smoker, this airport is not for you, no smoking unless you go outside and across the street, meaning after security check, you have to exit and when your done smoking you go back through the nightmare "S" line and get yelled at again. By this point I would need another smoke. So be prepared to just go without nicotine for who knows how long. I hope you find my review helpful and please enjoy your flight with The MCO Nightmare Airport.
Loved how many food options there were. Loved how all of the seats at the gate had charging ports that actually work.
Pretty empty at the moment... In and out real quick..
Toilets are always dirty and disgusting. I flight to Orlando twice a month and the toilets are always on the same conditions
If I could rate this airport NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would!!!! The staff here( from bag check, ticket check, body searching etc) are the most rude, sarcastic, unprofessional STAFF of any airport I've been to!!! If you can avoid this place, avoid it like the plague!! I will never use this piss poor airport ever again!!!
I always have a quick check in or arrival process. Easy to navigate. Spacious and clean.
Disfunctional baggage claim, plan on an hour if mid day travel
I couldn t agree more with the reviews that are saying how security check is a NIGHTMARE!! Funneling multiple lines into one line just to open the lines back up and funnel them again. Horrible process. The security check people are beyond rude! I told the people that I were with, it feels like I m in prison. It was horrendous. This was my first time flying from MCO and would definitely be my last!! I d rather pay the $100 extra dollars to fly out of TPA.
I ve been through numerous airports and my experience going through TSA here has been the worst due a very rude woman. The woman actually yelled at me and asked me "Is there a language barrier here?" The parking was also terrible. We ll think twice before flying through this airport again.
One of those past ages airport without any train and real shuttle bus...
Airport is very nice for the most part. What brings it to 3 stars are the TSA employees. They are by far the rudest bunch I've encountered . I've been to many different airports, and this one somewhat regularly, and everytime it stands out how exceptionally rude they always are, and for no reason what so ever. Not every single one, but the strong majority. If you hate your job so much, get a new one.
Orlando International Airport
It is beautiful, but above all, it is a very busy airport because Orlando is one of the most visited tourist places by travelers, since here is one of the busiest places in the World, Words Disney.
When you travel to this place, on your return, you must be, at least 2 hours before in the registration line, since they are immense.
In addition to food, here you will get a variety of recognized perfumes and cosmetics and many crafts.
Was pretty easy to navigate for the most part. Not as crowded due to Covid as I would normally expect it to be.
They need more staff so that they can help people and if the Gates are far away have a cart to carry people.
Christ almighty this place is busy. I m glad Disney prepped me for waiting in lines. The inside of the main location is gorgeous. You are quite literally inside of a Hyatt hotel.
Neat, quick, and easy to move through. Lots of dining and shopping options.
Well kept, clean terminals.
Beautiful local art.
Good signage. Good transport options.
A bright welcome to a sunny city.
Terrible airport. On arrival had to take our 3 kids, pushchair and luggage up an escalator as no lifts. No help. No trolleys. Very crowded. It's a hideous place to arrive - worst airport I've experienced and this is where Disney is. Crazy
Arrived to the airport at 6:15 a.m. as the the parking shuttle dropped is off. All went super smooth and the airport personal professional and precise. The bathrooms clean and busy.
I had a good experience with this airport. Even though they are doing construction, the roads to get to your terminal are logical and easy to navigate. I like the decorations that they have at this airport. The Christmas trees at all the terminals are a nice touch. At JetBlue, my check in process was quick and easy. Also, security was fairly fast as well. I think the only gripe was that the restroom could have been cleaner and the train to get to our gate took a long time to arrive. Otherwise, I would definitely fly through here again.
Coming off the train, looking for baggage claim, only one sign was visible. So we walked that way until we got tangled with bunch of people in the security line. Made it through that only to find the halfway under the baggage claim sign was walked off. Went back the way we came looked again for signs, nothing else to be seen. Finally asked and was sent in a direction with absolutely no visible signage.
This was the worst airline experience I ve ever had. Check-in was an unorganized mess. At check-in we weren t assigned seats, but it was an hour before our flight. Just to get to the TSA check was a huge disorganized disaster. There were 6 lines for 3 TSA ID checkers. Ours kept pulling people from the line next to us instead of our line. Once past that fiasco, we got shunted into another disorganized mess of people. We finally got to where we were within 5 people to go through the X-ray machine and get our stuff scanned and they shunted us again, making us think they had opened up a new line and that it would be faster, but we ended up behind about 25 people, slowing us down again. I only gave this airport a second star because we were able to make our flight and the guy who helped us get our seats was nice.
