I have been waiting for four days now for someone to reconnect my power and I have had emails sent saying it would be done today yet here I am 11 hours later still waiting. I was meant to be connected on Friday and was told I did not need to be present for the connection to occur, however no connection occurred, when we called on Saturday I was told it have to wait till Monday as no one works on the weekend and I have now lost work whilst waiting for someone to show up.

I have been a loyal Origin customer for 7 years. I have solar and in all that time I have always been charged $300 per quarter. For some reason unknown to myself and apparently to the contact centre people at Origin, I was charged $1000 for a quarter not too long ago. I have made numerous attempts to ask why and try to understand but Origin staff have failed to provide me with a reason and to justify why I was charged this excessive amount for that quarter. It is for this reason that I will never recommend anyone to switch to Origin and any chance I get, I encourage current Origin customers to seriously consider switching companies if possible. I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has (not) been dealt with and I'm very frustrated that I never got a straight answer for this spike in charges for the quarter in question. I am also very disappointed that Origin didn't even offer me some credit for this bill, especially since they were never able to provide an explanation about it.

Worst Company Ever...charged me $100 additional in my last bill. 4 months later and atleast 4 x phone calls, I am still talking to them to get my $100 back. I spoke with 4 different representatives and all 4 x off them told me "Don't worry, I promise you I will fix it" Will be passing them onto Consumer Affairs to deal with. I recommend you all to stay away from this company....

I switched to a far better deal with another company months ago and have received 4 final bills.
I initially switched as they thought they'd close an account I've had with them for 20 years, and open another just because they didn't like the account number.

Your Broadband phone staff is asleep. Does not listen to what is said. Instead jumps to what they think you want. After repeating myself 3 time's, I asked to speak to someone awake. "I'm just trying to understand what you want" .
Told them to cancel/not bother activating my service as I've had enough.
I hung up.

I am disgusted with the customer service from Origin. I know I am the authorized contact person on an account. Yet everytime I call no one from Origin seems to be able to find this simple information. What a waste of time! Absolutely disgusted!!!

Terrible company do not sign with them, they have slowly been increasing my electricity prices over the years! Probably making false meter readings! Last quarter they charged me $880 Saying I used 2000KW. Im in a 2 bedroom Unit by myself how is that even possible. Even If i was running the heat 24/7! which I wasnt.
Anyway dont sign up! Customer service is all overseas plebs too.
