Your Broadband phone staff is asleep. Does not listen to what is said. Instead jumps to what they think you want. After repeating myself 3 time's, I asked to speak to someone awake. "I'm just trying to understand what you want" .
Told them to cancel/not bother activating my service as I've had enough.
I hung up.
