One star more than this incompetent company deserves.
I switched to a far better deal with another company months ago and have received 4 final bills.
I initially switched as they thought they'd close an account I've had with them for 20 years, and open another just because they didn't like the account number.
AVOID ORIGIN AT ALL COSTS!!
