I have been to Mauritius recently through Orange travels. They have coordinated with their local counterparts in Mauritius perfectly and everything went smooth. I was hesitant initially after having read few negative reviews about them. But i went with my gut feeling and i was not proven wrong. I reckon the most important thing a person going on a holiday doesn't want is last minute surprise which defeats the whole purpose of calling it a holiday. I think all negative experiences faced by people are circumstantial. I would definitely prefer them to help me plan my next holiday.

This is one of the work traveling agency I have ever seen. May this is a modest way of fraud and cheating. They just attract with all packages and offers, they don t really do bookings in destination spots. People suffer after arriving to their destination of dream having no reservations on their behalf. they have to book every thing with double price as it is not even last minute booking.
Ultimately People will enjoy there vacation with double price. Not at all recommended !!!!!!!

Our trip to Rajasthan with Orange trips was so perfect. We would not be happier with any of it. The booking process was easy, our driver was great and always on time, our tour guide was also very informative, polite, the accommodation facilities were also beyond expectations, Food was also tasty and the price was also affordable. Everything is just perfect I am great and so happy that I have booked them.
I am wondering how these people got 4+ rating. These should have made the self rating. These people are not trust worthy. Let me get to there background straight. This company quotes the rates with an other company called JK Holidays because orange travels have got a very bad name by all the vendors. So they have created a new company called JK which is Jaya and Karthik MD of the company. These people are real cheaters dont trust them they really dont pay money to resorts. They cheat there customers.

We a group of friends ( 4 families) availed Orange Trips customised tour package in Bali. The arrangements are excellent. We have been accommodated in Holiday Inn, Kuta Square which is close to most happening shopping area and close to Kuta Beach. The hotel has very good facilities,rooms,laundry, cafeteria, security, safety,swimming pool etc. The package includes breakfast which is like a full meal buffet. The travel in Bali is organised through their partners Amazing Bali Tours. The transport arrangement is also excellent. They are quite accommodative and go extra mile to delight the customers. On the whole our trip to Bali was wonderful and good value for money.

I travelled to Thailand(Phuket and Bangkok) with orange trips.
Since I had to travel with my parents,I needed a well planned package.
So I subscribed to random package providers on google. Within no time,I got a response from them. From then on,they were always a call /message away.
Our transport and stay were already confirmed in prior.We didn't face a single problem through out the trip.The entire trip cost was also reasonable.Their representatives in Thailand were on time and made sure that everything was in place.My parents and I had great fun.Thanks to Orange trips :D

We can rate it -5. But there is no option for this, This is the worst travels, We have traveled to Mauritius with this travels. They took our money for the tour. Just before the tour they said the rate are increased and all this stories, They did not pay the amount to resorts. If you go with this travels it will be a nightmare.

Don't believe them, they often change their location. Initially they operated from Bangalore and then they moved to Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu during 2017-2018 time frame. And now again back to Bangalore.

Pick up and drop was on time with friendly driver. Satisfied with the selection of hotels at Harbour Bridge and melbourne . Our great ocean road trip was so amazing with beautiful scenery and picture perfect moment . Food was never an issue anywhere since all our hotels were booked near Indian restaurants within walking distance, we enjoyed our evening walk for dinner. I am quite satisfied with Orange Trips Holiday.I really enjoyed my trip to Bali with well planned itinerary .We had private car and driver who was very polite throughout the trip.Our meals was booked in an Indian restaurant and I should say very very tasty food and no complaints. They are fraudsters.. don't ever take this. They booked for Bali on a silent day and everything was closed.. it is being celebrated from years and they say they don't know.. I don't know what kind of horrible agency this is.. we just paid for everything and we couldn't go anywhere outside the hotel.. horrible ppl and Mr. Karthick is the rudest after getting all the money he is very rude and horrible.. worst experience
